Just stopped in to sell some old jewelry and was helped by Josh. He was great and got me pretty much exactly what I was looking to get. It’s a laid back environment with no pressure to buy or sell. They give you a fair price to start with so there is no uncomfortable negotiation process. Most pawn shops know how much your stuff is worth the minute they see it and they will ask what you’re looking to get for it to try and take advantage of a low price. These guys tell you what they will pay for your items and leave a little room for negotiating if you want but the the initial offer isn’t insulting like some places. Plus Josh was smart; helpful, and respectful. This should always be your first stop when pawning or selling anything.

Do not go here. It is a complete waste of your time and money!! They don't care about your time it took to get there or the time it's going to take going back empty handed more then likely wasting a gallon to three gallons of gas which is 5-20$ depending on where you live and what you drive. They also have no appreciation for the value of an item. They will low ball you every time without fail!! If your absolutely desperate go to a different pawn shop but I would recommend selling on your own!!

5 stars just isn't enough for such a wonderful staff at a great business. SUSAN and KAREN are two of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever worked with, in any setting, business or otherwise. During what typically would be a stressful and difficult situation, at Oro I always feel heard and understood because they go above and beyond what I have ever experienced in dealing with businesses in the past. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and professional, they truly know the inventory and take their time to make sure customers are satisfied and understand the process. I leave feeling my faith in humanity is restored.

My favorite go to spot for a great bargain and deal. This place is here to help and does not try to break you like others I have been to in the past. I would definitely recommend here. Stop by and see for yourself.

They are always very helpful when coming into the store. Always try to give me what they can when selling something. They have to make money too and I understand that.

Susan is exceptional. I called ahead to ask about selling my gun collection. Susan let me tell her about what I had and she listed a few of the prices I could expect. It seemed fair so I brought in all my guns to sell. When I arrived Susan took a look at my collection and asked me what price I was looking to get. When I told her, instead of haggling me down, she went out of her way and catalogued every firearm I had along with various random ammunition and took her time to get me the price I had asked for! Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever recieved and their prices are more than fair. Thank you so much for all your help Susan!

My first time in a pawn shop, the lady Suzan made me feel comfortable. Also advised me to check a bigger chain to see if I could get more money for the ring I was selling. Turns out the chain offered me the same amount so I came back here to give them my business. Josh helped me and made me just as comfortable. They gave me what they offered the first time... very happy.. great experience, will come back if I have ever have anything else to sell!

Went in today to sell some old jewelry that my ex had left and I have to say this pawn shop definitely stands out from the rest in the area. The store is very clean and organized with A LOT of great merchandise. The staff is terrific. I worked with Sam and I have to say he went above and beyond all my expectations. He was very professional, kind, and extremely fair about pricing. If you read this review Sam I really appreciate your help. If you're looking to buy or sell anything in chandler this is the place to come to hands down. Update: I came in again earlier this week to sell some old jewelery and i have to say the customer service is second to none! The manager and staff always have a friendly and inviting attitude. Highly recommend this location if you need to buy or sell anything.

Guillermo and oro express are the real deal. Great prices and great service. Bought a bike and it wouldnt fit in my car without removing the front tire. He grabbed tools from the back and went to work in the middle of the store. Got front tire off and bike in my car. Thanks GMO and Oro Express I will be back to this location and I'm driving down from Maricopa.

Repeated great experiences at this location! They take Amazon gift cards too! Ana helped me today and was wonderful, fair, and patient, and informative. Karen is awesome as well and such a sweetie! Decent safe location and consistent hours even Sundays!

THE BIGGEST JOKE We walk in and she immediately says "golf clubs aren't doing well" A $500 club and a $400 one. Not a single golf club in sight or out. I know people usually come in with low quality clubs but these were never used and top quality. And a laptop i bought OUTRIGHT for school YEARS ago, before online school was a regular. A LAPTOP I PAID MY OWN MONEY FOR. She says I can't sell because I had used it for something school related. Okay..... Saying they're "limited to what they can do", the most untrue statement for my case. The laptop was not limited at all and is just a regular laptop. She denies everything before we get to the counter in the most condescending tone with the most sour look. Just because you're in a bad mood or have dealt with something prior in the day, doesn't mean you carry it over to your next interaction. So embarrassed for you girl. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. We went elsewhere and received $350

The employees were nice so that’s why they I gave them the stars. But they didn’t seem very knowledgeable of watches. Brought in 3 luxury watches. The guy said they couldn’t take 2 of them due to dead batteries. I said no and I pressed in the crown and they started up but he still said no. Then offered me $15 for a brand new $1,500 watch. Just don’t think you should advertise you take watches if they don’t know much about them.

Awesome place very helpful always willing to help if you stay in contact with them they will do everything they can to help if you need a few day extension for something, they take good care of you items while there, and give you good prices on things you have to pawn. I recommend this establishment to anyone to pawn stuff to get that little extra cash you need.

I originally went here looking for coins dot my son, he started collecting them, but found a ring I really liked and bought that too. I ended up needing to rerurn to the store because I knocked rhe diamond off my ring somehow and needed a copy of the reciept. Well i spoke to an amazing lady at the store who absolutely went out of her way to help aasist me. She also reccomended a place to have ring repaired. I would reccomend your going there. They have all kinds of merchandise and they go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% satisfied!!

I came to this place on a whim to look at some gold and silver, they were really helpful and fair. A firearm had caught my eye and the service got me back in a week later to buy it. Fast forward another couple weeks, I wanted more silver and even though they were closing up Josh had what I was looking for set aside and ready for me. Excellent experiences every time. I will give them all the business I can!

I come here because susann and staff are always friendly and treat every customer with respect and understanding.Times are tuff for everyone and they get that which is why I drive 15 miles to go to them Thank You p.s. love the remodel.

Susan and Josh were very helpful and even allowed my to take apart and examine a Springfield Model of 1922 to ensure that it was in good working order before I committed to buying it. They never tried to rush me and even tried to get me a fair price for firearm as well as listened to and appreciated my ramblings on the history of said firearm. I would definitely suggest you pop in and check out their selection.

Susann was so helpful with assisting me in selecting a new gun. I purchased a beautiful, purple Bersa 380 in under 30 minutes. She made the whole process quick, easy, and enjoyable for us. I will be returning to this location due to her amazing customer service!

Came here after being burned & lied to at Albert’s down the street. Josh actually gave me the time of day and ran legit tests to confirm my silver. He’s very knowledgeable about jewelry and I definitely recommend coming here.

Wow! So I needed some $$$ on the fly- I made a pawn and had me in and out in about 10 minutes! Never has that happened to me at a pawn shop- Best of all the lady there was very polite and I explained to her I might be back the very next day to get my item back, she said if I did that she would "see what she could do for me." I came back 2 days later and she still took 20 bucks off what I had to pay to get my item back. I've never been to a pawn shop where the employment wasnt trying to scrape every dollar they can from my wallet. I applaud this lady for keeping it 100000000! Go here, they ll take care of you.

Highly Recommended!I purchased a firearm there today and the whole staff was very helpful, nice, and professional. They really pay attention to detail when it comes to purchasing firearms which I really liked.
