Hands down the most straight forward and quickest car purchase I have ever had. Was able to communicate fully through text for the beginning of the interaction which makes it very nice that I was able to get everything done ahead of time. So fast in fact that I didn't realize how quick things were done and thought I was going to need to get a confirmation before coming in. They were waiting on me to come in and test drive and sign everything had been approved in the morning. When I got to the dealership I was in and out within an hour. Laurie, Abby, and Jon Jon all did amazing. I am definitely going to recommend everybody to here and be coming there for my next vehicle when it's time.

I’ve worked with this company a couple of years back however life happened and I was unable to close.When I was able I came back and yesterday they treated me like I never left and they worked with me to be able to drive off the lot yesterday! Seriously hands down the best car dealership I have ever been to!!! Jay and everyone else treated me with such respect and like I was their only customer. They didn't rush me or push me into buying a car. I now have a 2015 beautiful Dodge Dart that I am obsessed with! The lady before me had drove up on a curve and messed up the bumper. Jay told me I could go ahead and take it home ( bc i wanted my car so bad) and I could bring it back in to get it fixed, on them. Jay kept his word. He didn't ignore my text or calls. Seriously y'all they are great people and anyone who says different is lying. Give them a shot and tell them I sent ya :) You wont regret it!

My experience with any credit was very easy. I picked out my car. Came with my down payment and they did the rest for me. Very stress free. Left with a car the same day.

At first I thought these were wonderful people. But I now know people will show you what they want you to see. I'm a Frontliner considered a hero of this time. I take care of elderly covid patients, A job that not màny wanna do, well I was in quarantine for 14 days. So for this pay period I did not have full time hours. Well this car lots employee Teresa knowing the job I do and about the quarantine would not wait nor give any breaks or time to get back on track because of the quarantine. And they came and took my car leaving me without transportation and away to do my job. And told me I could come get my car if I brought them 16,000 dollars. But the conversation she had with me before taking the car was totally different, she is dishonest and can't be trusted. And I'm more than sure she's not the only one there that isn't to be trusted. The job I do as a Frontliner is hard enough so the last thing I need is someone lying to me and taking my hard earned money that I've sunk into this car already. And I won't allow this to go by without doing what I need to do in order to be heard!

Don’t get me wrong the buying experience was great everything went very well Laura was so super nice they were so helpful my problem is I bought a car in 2019 and they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but problems with this car a Chevy Cruze and when I called them and told they said they can’t do anything for me. I’ve put more money into this car than it’s actually worth, tonight it broke down on me on the highway out of no where every month I’m fixing it and it’s one problem after another.

Worst car company they take your money and sell you broken cars. I had the car for less than a month and the transmission went out. Took it up there and they said the transmission was fine and had it documented. Short time after took it to a mechanic and said it was definitely transmission. Sometime after they tell me that they haven’t even purchased my warranty for the vehicle I purchased in Nov 2021 and it’s now January 2022. Didn’t get a loaner car cause all the loaner cars are being used from what the front office says. Little do they know I’ve been Speaking with my attorney about this for over a week and I have everything documented from the time I purchased to when I notified them a week after purchasing the vehicle there was a issue. So DO NOT GO HERE WHATSOEVER!!! Keep your $$$$$.

Hands down best service I've had it was her day off and she was going out of here way to help me get into my first finance car and she definitely did that more by making this purchase easy and quick. This car dealership is the best thing that happened in my life there vibes are all there and the down payment is perfect. something not so expensive like other dealerships. The cars are low mileage and look amazing. If that doesn’t get you in there office I don’t know what will.

I went in with my son, who was a first time car buyer and no credit except for a couple of blemishes. Everyone went above and beyond to get him into the car that he fell in love with. Jay and the ladies in the office worked their magic to help him out in every single way. Heather is just a dream. One of the sweetest women I've ever met. The other 2 ladies treated my son like he was the only person that mattered, even though I am sure they were buried in work! Much love and appreciation to all!

I have to say this was a excellent 👌 place of business. For a moment i thought my mother would be sad not getting what we planned for her but Lora made sure the deal went threw. Also the young lady Savanah was FABULOUS with my grandson and finalizing payment for the deal. I recomme for anybody with income and valid license to go there way.
