We purchased a great Samsung TV the assistant manager Trevor was very helpful to us and had amazing customer service last time we didn’t have good customer service at the super pawn on Craig and was feeling unsure about going to super pawn but after visiting this store we’re definitely coming back! This pawnshop is the absolutely the best! I've purchased some great jewelry here: a 24k coin ring, a diamond type ring, etc. Great prices on these. When I need a loan, they always try to give me the maximum price. They are extremely friendly, accurate, & I am in/out, in a short time. Best pawnshop I've ever been in! Fair, fast, fabulous! Love it!

***Go to the Super Pawn on Sunset and Marks st*** Worst super pawn to the day, worst prices, worst management, and even worse employees. The rude Skinny manager with glasses needs to get replaced.

I have been a loyal customer to this store. I called in advance to say I wanted my ps4...guy on the phone said don't worry you'll just pay extra fees when you pick it up. Mind you I told him I wasn't going to be able to pick it up by the date and the fee was for extension so I understood. Not even ten days later...I call and they sold it...all my extra stuff in the box with the intention I was getting it back..and they sold it for less than half it wS worth... I'm livid.

These guys are great! Very friendly. (I bring my pet Chihuahua in, with me. No problem.) They have super deals on gold rings, & if I ever get short on cash, I get a top price, when I pawn! Honest, clean store, very organized.

Quick and easy. I was in n out in less than 5min and it was pretty stocked compared to most other pawn shops.

Usually you can get a used item at a good price but not at this snake pit....I went to superpawn on boulder hwy to put a laptop on layaway it was advertised at 900 I got it for 700 out the door (no sales tax) so the sales rep told me it would be 70 to hold it...I paid then left the next day I looked at receipt they charged me 700 plus 70.oo for sales tax...went down there and spoke to the same sales rep that sold me the item...and I thought he was going to fix the error he made but then this hobbit looking sales rep named Daniel said that's what the tax is and refused to erase the sales tax which are deal was made on...they wouldn't honor the original deal made by the rep.just make sure you view and ask questions and don't let these snakes add on more money to a deal you made...people are good as there word and this place has failed they only care about there commission check no you

Went into this pawn shop today to buy a few items/tools, left without purchasing anything. The woman who was waiting on us, was extremely rude, for what reason we have no idea. But one thing is certain, I will not buy from a business where their employees are allowed to treat the customers like that. I do not care what a place has, I guarantee you someplace else will have it even if I have to spend a little more money, I not only shop for products I shop for service. We were buying about eighty dollars worth of merchandise and just left because of rude service. We went down the rode to ez pawn and got the items we needed.

They told me my rings were fake and how to spot a fake ring diamonds and gold, pretty cool

I called to see the warranty policy on a necklace I bought for Valentine's Day. They transferred me to 3 different people just to tell me there is no warranty on jewelry. I bought it less than 30 days ago and you can clearly see it was repaired before. They have officially lost my business because I spend alot of my hard earned money in there. I will start going elsewhere now.
