When I went into Rapid cash after my phone was lost/stolen by police. Raquel and Crystal helped my get quick cash to be able to get a new phone. They were very helpful at letting me know what I could get and if I needed more then I could get it. They showed me everything from loan amount to pack back amount. This company and they way they do business has quite literally saved me so many times and in so many ways I don't have the space or the time to list them all.. but the ladies at the Maryland Parkway& Karen store, the ladies at the Nellis& Boulder Highway store, the ladies at the Arroyo Grande& Mountain Vista and the ladies at the Eastern& Russell store, these women have been my saving grace ever since I realized this was a thing. (For the last few months). I wish I would've known about this when I was raising 3 kids on my own! Sure would've made for a lot more happy birthdays and what not. The post office took over 30 days to deliver my money order I went to this location and they treated me very rudely as if I was homeless and made me feel as if they racially profiled me cause I'm (non-Hispanic). Money orders clearly state that they can be cashed up to one year.

AFTER ENCOUNTERING TWO ENTIRE DAYS WORTH OF PROBLEMS TRYING TO TRYING TO CASH A REFUND CHECK FROM WESTERN UNION, CYNTHIA (employee/cashier)REALLY STEPPED UP AND SHOWED HER customer service SKILLS AS WELL AS HER KNOWLEDGE OF HER POSITION.. and after two excruciating days she was finally able to get the check verified through Western Union quickly and get me my money!!!I was about to say F!
