The branch mgr, Lorena was nice enough over the phone but acted like this company is super top secret and refused to answer any of my basic, generic check cashing questions. I had to call another branch to get them answered. Once in this branch, Lorena and the light-skinned black chick, stood in the back, staring and whispering. Very nasty and unprofessional. Luckily, Kassie represented the company well. Very friendly with great work ethic and emotional intelligence. If I’m ever unfortunate enough to do business at this location again, it will be with her or not at all. Thanks to Kassie, I didn’t have to hurt anyone’s feelings.

WARNING ⚠️ This one is a horrible horrible place!Staff is so rude and unwilling to work with you and the branch manager Lorena is a ….Well you know what I really want to say…..she is VERY unprofessional and rude I am amazed that she is a branch manager with her lack of customer service, disrespect & her attitude of “I’m the manager so don’t know what to tell you” & refusal to give me upper management saying there’s no need is AWFUL STAY AWAY!! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

Amanda recently went the extra mile to make sure I got my check cashed. The Amount was a little large so it took a minute, but she was so persistent and diligent about her job she got it done for me.

I have been checking checks and loading my Netspend cards here from the very first day that this location open. That's back in 2009 and I think that they should receive the Golden Trophy for excellent customer service. To Lorena, Amanda, Glenda, Kassie, Juan, & Stephanie Your the Greatest! I don't know anything about the loans, but thier customer service is impeccable. My land lady accused me (falsely) of not paying my rent for February. My wife accidentally threw out pur money order receipt. I went in and in 15 minutes they looked up my purchase from 3 weeks prior gave me the receipt and the numbers so I was able to prove to my lovely land lady that I did in fact pay for February. I would highly recommend these folks. (Not to mention money orders are like $.50

Went in once before, so I decided to visit again. Same manager was there and was just as friendly. Quick in and out just like before and all done with a smile. Thanks Kassie. You’re great!

I come here to cash my work checks. The employees are always nice with a smile on their face. And instead of being judgmental and treating me like I'm trying to "get one over" on them, they inform me of my options and answer all my questions. The store manager even offered to help me with my taxes and inform me what can legally be written off on my small business i just started during pandemic. Thank you guys. 😁😁😁😁😁
