CASH 1 Loans E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas

So I just wanted to say that Cash 1 most definitely comes in handy when u need them the most and I will make sure I stay in good standings with them. I called in because I was having an updating issue on the app and I spoke to Mrs. Val when I say I forgot I called a business and thought I was on the phone with one of my friends I forgot I called cause I needed to update something. She is the true Batman 😊 with some Jokes on the side (insider) anyways seems like Tropicana location is the best one to go to in Vegas. Imma have to drop by there one more time just to bring Mrs Val a friendship gift. That woman needs a raise cause her customer service is beyond excellent! I’m sure the other ladies are very nice in there as well but this is the Val show and i mean no harm but I’m sure no one in there can hold a candle to her. Respectfully. Thank you again

I have been to this location in the past and service is good but this last time was exceptional the young lady named Jasmine was so amazing she really helped me out with all my questions(their were many) she made me feel reassured with my transaction and I will definitely be back again.

Called & got the loan within 30 minutes . Valsina is who I had spoke too and let me tell you that she will go out of her way too put some money in your pockets . She was very perfessional kept me updated of what she was doing . Even told me too get some snacks and relax . She is awesome . Very genuine Lady . I’d go through getting another loan but I’d request too talk too her just too have a nice conversation. . Valsina deserves a 10 star but google only gives five . I have to give five stars to Jasmine! She was very professional, patient, insightful on my issue and questions. I was having trouble with the application process and how to submit my required documents. she walked me through it. I thought I was denied but was approved. This really made my day and when I went into the store Jasmine was still friendly and polite. I left out as a happy customer. You’re AWESOME JASMINE!!!
