I finance a through them now and even after you talk to someone they still call and harass you about a payment that you told them was going to be late. Once I am able to refinance I'm getting far away from this company. They also obviously don't keep records of people who call and say their payments are going to be late or about payment arrangements. They called me on a number on a Sunday when they are supposed to be closed. This company seems shady.

Financed my second car through them. I got in a bad accident car was totaled in my car insurance eyes and car was taken away. Western funding harrrased me about paying it but I was unable to because I didn’t have a car to get to work to make any payments. My accident happened back November 2021 , it took months for them give my car insurance the rights papers they needed . This place is a scam the customer service is horrible I got hung up on to many times. They dragged my case out so that they wouldn’t have to pay me that much back after my car insurance payed the Rest of the car off. Now I can’t even get a car because they never closed it out on my credit so it looks like I have a car in just not paying on . I hate these people they need to shut the company down

Worst bank in history after you call and talk to someone they will act like they are talking notes to pass it on to the higher person. I called back maybe a week later and nobody knows anything about the previous phone call(s). I had the same discussion with this bank for 7months before having a buy back form processed which I filed for last year in October. The entire time I was waiting for it to go through my credit score was getting worse and worse. Not to mention I returned the car back to the buy last year while waiting on the form to be processed. So of course I wasn’t making the payments because I didn’t have the car anymore and the form where already done just had to call over and over for 7 months to get someone to get this taken care of. Now that the car has been bought back I’m still having problems with getting this account closed on my credit side. RIDICULOUS BANK I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SOMEONE UP GET FINANCED THROUGH THEM!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They called us 6 times leading up to our first payment before it was even due. The day it was due we couldnt use the app, it kept asking us to gove it a 4 digit code and gave us the choice between text or call for the code neither option worked. So we tried calling at 2 pm and were greated by an automated voice system. Tried to pay it through that and it said the phone number was incorrect. So we tried to reach customer service and were told that we were calling outside of business hours even though they say their open till 5 and it was only 2:38

Continued to contact me concerning payment after the loan was revoked due to fraud on the part of the dealership. Continued to hang up on me and have rep from their company call and try to get me to sign a new contract. Horrible customer service and very sketchy business practices.

If I could give this company -10 I would. They are basically scam artists. on every loan that I have ever had at least your principal is supposed to go up and then interest goes down, nope theirs is complete opposite.

Worst place to deal with .. you could make a payment easier with homing pigeons than deal with the customer service people. For one of you're gonna live in America SPEAK ENGLISH THATS UNDERSTANDABLE...

I am a dealer and not enough training and fairly new so given wrong information. I contracted the first client was told everything looks great they can sign the contract and drive off. I was a little puzzled but than here we go no funding day one. I ask with no call from the actual company i had to wait for my field rep. so they say some things were entered wrong so we since corrected them. I ask on day 3 everything is accurate now what is the problem, they said no problem we are going to fund you. i wait another day and they call say the customer has not gave us insurance information. i said i supplied everything to you and you said it looked great let them drive off now i have a car out there with no funding from you and the customer might not have insurance. so this contract is signed the customer has drove off and i dont have any funds yet for the vehicle i threaten to get the car back, but they say they signed a contract so you cant. so no i have not got paid from western funding given wrong information and now cant even get my car back.

I can tell that this is not going to be a good/great experience. As soon as we can, will try to finance our vehicle. My hubs and I just got a vehicle. It's in my hubs name, BUT they called for an interview (or whatever) and they asked who'd be driving the vehicle, he says my wife. That was a big no no to them, I MUST be on the contract with him. I'm thinking is this an auto INSURANCE company or what. I don't understand but I can tell, it's not going to be good. 😠

This is the worst place I could have ever encountered. I would not reccomend this bank to anyone . These people lack compassion and are very unprofessional. They way they speak to you when you call is unfair. I'm very professional especially when it comes to business and I try to show respect to other's because I would definitely want the same energy reciprocated back to me and with these people they make you get out of character because of how unprofessional they are . They constantly harass you with multiple calls and voicemails. But when your going through hardship and need help and want to speak to someone reguarding this they dodge you . Like I said I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was the worst place I could have ever done business with . It's a bummer because they loaned me money for my first vehicle but I believe it was all planned out to destroy my credit .

You know I make my payment every month I've never had a problem with this company I don't like the interest rate but my credits not as good as it should be they're giving me a chance to restart and help with my credit I make my payments every month try it they won't harass you I promise

I had an account with a affiliate of theirs as in westlake financial. I don't have a account with western funding. BUT these scumbags call me everyday and they don't leave a message. I've almost blocked every number they have.. I will pursue legal action if harassed anymore. I live on the east coast. This is ridiculous.

If I could leave no star I would. Company doesn't report accurate or current information to credit bureaus. Customer service is far from professional always blaming everyone but themselves. No way to talk to anyone above customer service. Bad experience for the year I've had to pay them.

I would have given 5 stars but I was unable to set up the account online from the email they sent asking me to set it up. But when I called to make the payment, a rep answered right away and it was a smooth process. There should not be a fee charged for any payments being made to anyone but that's every company now so what can you do.

This place it the worst loan place I got a loan approval I pick the car I want they were told and ask by the dealer more than 3 times if everything was ok and double check after been tin the dealer for 5hours and signing all the paper work about to walk out with my Car they call the dealer and said there was a red flag on my credit that they couldn't go forward with the loan what kind of employees you have that have no idea on what there doing if it was true there was a red flag on my credit I why they never said anything from the begging the whole time everything was perfect till the end do not used this company for loan at all
