SuperPawn N Center St, Reno

CALL AHEAD....Changed over to limited hours that they are open for business. On Monday 12/27/2021 they didnt open at all despite hours saying they are. Not quite sure whats up but wanted to all concerned this heads up! Now their website is down as well. Changing my rating to 1

They sold me a galaxy tab 3 in January. I went to sell it back in Feb. No problems I just bought a laptop and no longer use it. Not only did they say I had the wrong serial number but they low balled for 25 bucks. When 30 percent of 99 is 33 I should of at least got 33 dollars back. Place used to have good service but lately the employees are rude and make me feel very uncomfortable when shopping. Overall very bad experience here.

Beware of the bald guy who is the "Manager". He will carelessly handle your items, treat you disrespectfully and make the overall experience a bad one. Recommend this location only as a last resort.

I have purchased many items from this store over the past years. They stand by all purchases and they bargain great deals. I highly recommend.

What I wish to know is why is the location on Center Street in Reno, NV prices used, sometimes-working items at their brand new prices. Then most of the people who bring things in cannot get a loan because the product is not brand new. Myself amd countless other musicians have been turned away by the extreme rudeness of the lady who doesn't even speak English. Good luck buying anything at the price listed on the item. You may be charged an extra few dollars to almost $100 more.

Terrible customer service, rude and unknowledgeable when it comes to selling items. They clearly don't want to make a profit for the location.... A couple of the ladies are amazing..... But it's a roll of the dice if u get them

These people... ...are super awsome. Like there name "super pawn" implies. They should have a TV show called. Super pawn stars RENO editiontin. You want a bad ads new tv come here. You want some fancy jewelry to apologize yo your wife with because you were out at the orchids all night, come here. You want a gift for your mom come here.

My experience of this business and their employees has vastly exceeded anything I might have imagined. Granted we allhave our own preconceived notions and judgements but I can say these guys shattered mine.

the worst pawn shop not only in reno but out of any I have ever dealt with you would be better off finding a drug dealer you would get more from them this place is a joke which is probably why they have a shop as small as my bathroom
