What an amazing experience and place to shop for your jewelry needs! I was immediately greeted by Johnny and Carmen. These two made me feel so welcome and at home. Best customer service in town! Best jewelry in town. They have amazing jewelers. Feels like a custom high end jewelry store! Highly recommended .

Went in and was serviced quickly. Ben was so very kind and patient. You can tell that he loves what he does.

I can’t say enough about them! The staff is excellent, customer service amazing & awesome sense of compassion! I lost my husband to suicide & needless to say, times were tough financially. They gave me a very generous loan on his guitars & kept them safe for a very long time. When I ran into a brick wall to pay the interest, they worked with me more than once, so I didn’t loose them. I finally was able to pick them all up today & again they were so polite & 2 employees helped carry them all to my car! If you need a loan or are looking for a a great buy, these are the ones to go to!!! Thank you so much Palace!!

Great selection of jewelry.. We tried the $5 grab box and ended up picking the $500 top prize in the box! It was so much fun! Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

I have nothing bad to say about Palace Jewelry & Loan. Not only are they there Everytime we need some financial help but also shop there because I know what I'm buying is quality items. I've also gotten to know much other staff & they too are all just amazing and genuine people. Even if you aren't pawning or buying the place is rad to check out! They have some cool rare items worth seeing!

I LOVE, ABSOLUTELY ADORE my ring...Don did AMAZING, intricate, immaculate work taking 3 rings and fusing them into 2! The prongs are so perfect and match the white and gold rings it’s just AMAZE BALLS! Thank you 😊 another satisfied experience ...I’ll definitely be back again & again to Palace Loan & Jewelry. The store has an excellent variety of items. The person that usually helps me is Carmen, she is wonderful, she goes out of way to find what I am looking for, even when she is not working.She calls me to let me know on the items . We keep in contact all the time. But all the others workers /managers there are also very nice and attentive. My favorite place to shop is the Palace in Reno. I tell all my friends to shop there when they go to Reno. The atmosphere is wonderful just like Family.

I was Greeted by a guy name Johnny... very professional and friendly guy . Ask me few questions about the Golds and come back with a great price if I’m willing to sale . No pressure and he gave me right price for my Golds. Thank you Johnny and I think he’s name is Eric I apologize if I didn’t get the right name. This review goes way back to 1978. I was absolutely broke but had just been hired at the sheriff’s dept. Besides needing money for my first uniform, I needed survival money until my first paycheck. I wasn’t a regular customer (yet) and all I had to pawn was my handgun. I explained what I needed & why and without hesitation, they loaned me about the total value of my gun! At the time, I had no idea that was far from normal. Apparently they felt sorry for me and somehow knew I’d pay back the loan. I was able to buy my first uniform the same day & started work the following morning. It was a long two weeks before I got paid! Hand washing that same uniform each night etc.. Payday finally came! I got my gun back & bought a second uniform. I never forgot what they did for me. As a result, I was a regular customer for years before I moved out of state. I never pawned or sold anything else but must have bought a truckload of goodies from there over the years. Selection was always good and prices were very fair. The service was outstanding! It was the service that kept me coming back. Of course they exist to make a profit, but they also put a very high priority serving their community. I hope nothing has changed over the years. I’ve visited other pawn shops around the country without being impressed. I never bothered going back to any of the others.

Bought several pieces of jewelry here and they were sweet and patient! Will visit again

A great and wide array of items to purchase and view when shopping. Overall one of the better pawn shops for the downtown area in terms of overall selection.

I give Palace Jewelry & Loan a five star rating due to the establishment’s efficacy, professionalism, and knowledge. The moment I walked in I was asked how I may be helped and was then quickly directed to Johnny. With his help, I was informed of new information that was unbiased and helped me make a decision that was best for me. In fact, Johnny went above and beyond to help me repair a piece of jewelry that appeared to be unfixable. It is evident that the staff is skilled and knowledgeable.

I work downtown for one of the major courier services, and Palace is always a stop I look forward to. Not only are they extremely friendly and personable, but I always see them interacting with their customers in the utmost respectable way. Today I (luckily) got to be a customer, and Robert helped me solve a long-time problem of needing an electric guitar and amp. Out the door with my gear and back on the road in ten minutes! If you want professional, knowledgeable, and kind customer service then Palace Jewelry and Loan is the shop for you. They're an absolute treat!

Always enjoy shopping at this location as the client service is exceptional. Johnny does a great job of assistance and detailing of items and puts in the time to make it a pleasant sale & Aaron works with me to give affordable pricing. I would note that Don is the resident jeweler and can both fix or create amazing pieces and does a fantastic job of fulfilling what is requesting. Shopped there for years and always a five-star...

We recently stopped in at the Palace Jewelry store in Reno and had a wonderful experience shopping and buying; they have a great inventory and fantastic prices. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional - in addition, they have an experienced and talented goldsmith on sight for custom jewelry requests and repairs. We are definitely shopping there again when we’re back in Reno.

I had a fabulous experience shopping at the Palace. There is no hard sell. I worked with a broker by the name Jonny Roberts. No pressure what so ever. I made a great purchase. The best part is they will negotiate on the price. And the jewelry is absolutely gorgeous.The business is very clean too.

I had stopped going to pawn shops in Reno because it seemed like they were all owned by big corporations, but then I got turned on to Palace Jewelry and Loan. These guys are the real deal: locally owned, great selection, willing to work with you on price, and incredible service! I was serviced by Steve, and he will do anything...I mean ANYTHING to make sure his customers are satisfied. ANYTHING! VIPs get access to the rooftop spa, just ask Steve. I wish I could give Palace 10 stars and Steve 20!

Been coming to this store for 5 years. I brought in a platinum ring recently that I purchased a few years ago and they exchanged it for an upgrade at a great price. It’s like a party at the Palace and Carmen will hook you up like Family! I love my new white gold and sterling errings.

Steve & Carmen were extremely helpful to us when we were at Palace. They helped fix jewelry we brought in with no strings attached and were very flexible and reasonable on prices. Will definitely be back!
