MoneyTree staff is always courteous and professional. Most importantly, they keep that line moving despite the chatty customers who are fond of sharing the specific predicament that necessitated the loan. If you pay attention and have your documents in order, you can be finished with your business in about 5 minutes.

The staff at the 555 Virginia Store is way awesome. Cant say enough about them: kind, considerate, patient, helpful, and literally always have a positive vibe or impression they exhibit towards their customers. You cannot possibly leave the store without a greater sense of appreciation for their warm approach and truly professional assistance they provide for the community.

Cynthia would get a 0 from me if it was possible to rate 0. I have been a Moneytree customer since 2010. I came in to the Virginia Street location to add money to my credit card something I have done simply for years . She made it a huge hassle and was terribly rude and disrespectful. I feel it's a terrible day when a customer service goes out the window.

Well I would like to say money tree nicest nicest bunch of people behind the counter I have encountered when I told them my story so that what I was going through they went above and beyond to get me the loan I needed and work with me and made it so easy to achieve the amount of money that I needed so understanding and just awesome people behind the counter ladies there are great very understanding made me feel very comfortable and made it easy to fill out the application which they helped me do this is my third loan from them and now I know if I get in a jam I will go to Money Tree without question highly highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a loan Short Term Loan as they will do their best to get you what you need to get out of the jam so thank you beautiful ladies of money tree.

Having gone today to 3 cash checking locations and finding them all closed, then getting rejected by 3 casinos, I discovered Moneytree--open on Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and then on weekdays 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.--Martin, who assisted me, couldn't have been kinder and was so glad to get the check cashed on Sunday!! Plus, he told me that they charge only 1% on government-funded checks--what a relief for one living on Social Security!! WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE TODAY. He reached the pinnacle of kindness, and the service could not possibly have been better anywhere else.

I cashed a tribal check a couple of days ago no problem. Today they see a native and a tribal check and all of the sudden I have to jump through hoops to qualify a legitimate check. Once I resolved one issue another rose up, like they're just making things up to not cash this legal check. The staff from associate to manager was extremely rude. It's like because the fund come from a non white entity and they see me and automatically I'm a piece of trash. To those working here.

Thanks to the teller that helped me with my check and cashing it I was having some problems with cashing it and went to the money tree in sparks nv and got it cashed with no problem so thanks. She was so nice and kind

Had a minor problem, but they reached out and fixed it, witch is super awesome. Amazing customer service forsure besides one hick up this places has helped me get through some hard times. And super appreciate them taking the time to look into it and fixing it cause they didn't have to. I would recommend this place hands down.

Every time I go in the branch I'm welcomed immediatly, and my business is handled with great professionalism and care. I have yet to be dissatisfied with the members of your team in the way my financial needs.
