Mike and his associates by far deserve the recognition that they have earned over the years here in Reno, Consistently fair, polite, understanding, and helpful. Mike will treat each customer as a person, not a down on his luck gambler who he can gauge due to the circumstances.I have had transactions with everyone of the pawn shops in town, Premier is the only one I will do business with, BELIEVE me honesty and fairness is what you will experience at Premier.

The Premier pawn and Jewelry always gives you the most money on loans or purchase transactions. They offer a huge selection of rings, gold and silver. Located down town right off of the 80 freeway; Premier is always my first stop when i come into Reno.

Gave me a small loan when the "BIG pawn shop" down the street would not even consider it, even tho I have used them a lot over the years. Folks at Premier are friendly and flexible. Highly recommend.

Everytime I am in Reno I pop in to see if they have unique pieces that catch my eye. Premier Jewelry never disappoints and the prices are reasonable.

I've dealt with alot of Pawn Stores, Premier is by far ar the Top of the list, Mike and his employees are fair, consistent, and always willing to help out even if it is not going to make them a buck!!!

I just called because I have lost my wedding ring and wanted to see if it had been turned into this shop. She informed me they are a business and don't deal with the public, even though I told her if she had it I would come in and buy it back. She was rude and completely unprofessional and I hope that people use ANY OTHER pawn shop in town to find what they need.

I am always picking up something from here; my daughters iPod, PSP and my wife’s nano iPod. I look for deals or haggle on something’s I really want. Prices are never set in stone people, just know your limit and be respectful of the pawn business. They have to make money too; my last buy was a $600+ laptop for $400 (Dell Latitude i7-Core/8GB/1TB/W7P64). I have purchased four laptops from here over the years and will continue. Also some movies and games are cheaper than Wal-Mart or Game Stop. I recommend Premier Jewelry & Loan.
