You could not pay me to buy or sell at this pawn. Managed 10+ years at Macy’s, I never seen anything less welcoming then this. There’s zero customer service, respect or appreciation here at all for their customers. Being a new customer, I was not informed about the lost ticket fee, at check out but was told multiple times(In a blaming tone)when I went to pick up my item, “It’s on your ticket.” By an assistant and a manager. I was treated less then a person. Needs butter management -0 from me.

Previous reviews had me hesitant, however the employee that helped me was awesome and they gave me a fair margin compared to my experience at other shops. I'd highly recommend but be educated of the used value of your product as that is the merciless world of pawn. The bush blocking the road when leaving the parking lot was sketchy. Please address that lol.

I have bought my last few guns with them and they have no loyalty to customers i came in to sell a gun and was offered a number and cambe back 2 days later to only be low balled and lied to stating they dont remember who I was. I will take my business elsewhere. Horrible experience.

I pawned a firearm and got very ill when it was time to get it out. When I called, they gave me an extra 30 days to get it back! Yes, pawning your items are expensive and should be avoided if you can, but that’s the nature of the business. Their courtesy is why I gave them 5 stars. Thanks!

They sell the things that are not real turquoise for more than they're worth. As well as other items sure they have profit from it. But they are not trustworthy nor a good business. If I could give them a lower rating I would.

Dont sell a fire arm here. The lady doesnt know what she is even talking about let alone look up the right item. This place is by far the biggest joke as well as the lact of knowledge in the items they sell from the employees. Poor staffing.

Everyone in here needs more training on everything here. Go to Flagstaff Pawn, they pay better and appreciate their customers. DON’T waste your time here. You’ve been warned. Good day!

Both when I physically go there as well as over the phone ALL my questions were answered. I felt their prices were fair to high on most items (Not jewelry)-I liked that they let you make payments on large$$ shtuff. Store is lean on shtuff to buy.

My husband took me in to buy me a gun, and wasn’t able to because I touched the gun. Sales people aren’t very educated on the law, but act like they are. I would not recommend this shop for anything, over priced on most merchandise.

Me and my fiancee were almost 2 years ago. We got stranded and had to pawn her ring 3 weeks after getting engaged. As emotional as this was if it wasn't for this staff we would not have pawned it and might still be stuck. 6 months after our due date I got an email offering us to pick it back up, but being back in California we couldn't. That was a huge life issue and these guys made a bad situation a little more tolerable. God bless and thank you from the bottom of our hearts
