It was an amazing tour. We decided to go with the Grand Canyon Sunset Tour because we wanted to see the best views and didn't have much knowledge of where to go. I also didn't want to waste time figuring it out. This tour was worth the money and because there was enough of us we were able to do a private tour. Best decision ever. This company was awesome! Patrick, our guide, was very knowledgeable and personalized our tour to us, taking into consideration my 6 year old who was not a big hiker. The views were amazing , lunch was delicious, and Patrick even carried our stuff for us. I definitely would recommend them. It is also an all day affair which I loved instead of the couple of hours other tour places offered.

I can’t say enough about our guide, Andrew, with Allstar GC Tours. My family took multiple private tours over a nine day period in AZ & UT and this day was by far the absolute best. Andrew took time to learn what we valued, our skill level and our interest and tailored our experience on the fly. It was a day we will never forget! Beyond amazing!!

First off let me start with telling you that I have never had a better experience with any guided tour than I had with this one. Ben brings 25 years of experience with the Grand Canyon and hospitality and merges them together for an experience that is worth every penny you’ll spend. He personalized our trip down to the smallest details. From the types of drinks we like, to the snacks we wanted to what kind of beer I like. Our lunch was amazing and Ben made sure we had an amazing view with a wonderful meal. He took us to the spots on the south rim of the Grand Canyon that few know about. It was clear when my wife and I got to have a wonderful moment with an amazing view and there were zero other people around. We beat the crowds and never had to go more than just a few minutes on any trail to get to the secluded spots. As someone who loves facts and useless knowledge Ben was never at a loss. He knew the answers to all the questions we asked and was just genuinely a really great guy. He runs a business that he clearly loves and it shows in the attention and care he puts into it. If you’re planning a visit you cannot go wrong with All Star Grand Canyon Tours. Spend the money and have an experience that you’ll never forget. The service of this tour company is the equivalent of the view you’ll have…. Unbelievable.

Molly was a phenomenal guide! This van tour made our first trip to the Grand Canyon stress free and packed with the facts and history around all we saw from Flagstaff to the park and back. My family did the Scenic Sightseeing Tour with Molly as our tour guide. The day was awesome. Molly was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable making the tour comfortable, thorough, and informative. We left the Grand Canyon feeling like we were able to experience as much as possible. The provided lunch was delicious and we came back with plenty of leftovers. I would definitely recommend this tour with this company.

We enjoyed a sunset Grand Canyon tour!! The booking process was easy and Ivy was very helpful with all the details. They only offer private tours currently which is great to be only with your group. The snacks and lunch they provide are very nice and delicious! Cory our tour guide was fantastic!! He knew the area so well and showed us all the best spots! The sunset was amazing and we are so glad we got to see it. Cory brought a telescope and that was nice to see into the canyon. He kept us on schedule, but we were not rushed at all and got to see everything we wanted to. He is also a great photographer and took pictures of our group which we appreciated! He gave us info about the rest of our time in the area and helped us with directions to Horseshoe bend. We would recommend all-star grand canyon tours to anyone visiting the grand canyon!

My husband and 4 teenage grandchildren took the 1/2 day tour and sunset. It was wonderful. Ben and Andrew could not have been better. Gave us a great tour, our supper was fresh and good. And the hike the grands went on made their day. I highly recommend this tour company and these two guides

This was the best experience I have ever had with any sort of guide or tour or anything along that line. The knowledge of both our guide (Cody, and yes, I'd suggest you ask for him!) and the owner, Ben, was far and above anything I'd expect. On the way in, they were able to share info about the land, vegetation, and philosophies in land management. Their knowledge of botany was incredibly impressive. Additionally, their knowledge of the history of the area was top notch. When we went on the tour, Cody switched between expert knowledge of geology and history, then shared similar levels of knowledge of both Native American history and even lore. He had studied engineering for a while, and that scientific mind was evident. Additionally, he had been a tour guide for one of the local Native American tribes, the Havasupai. Now, to top it all off, he was INCREDIBLY patient with a 12 year old boy with a serious case of ADHD, and dealt with an infection (like extraction of pus, etc.) from a ruptured blister on a 17 year old. Was absolutely blown away. Oh yeah, and despite efforts of the hosted party to try to help out set up camp, cook, clean, etc., Cody would have none of it. He insisted on doing everything himself. That would include a heavier burden of gear due to the injured 17 year old, and the smaller size (78 pounds) of the 12 year old. This is a small company, and their take an incredible amount of pride in their work. I guess the best testimony is that my 17 year old twins are begging to go back and do it, again.....even with their parents!

Ben was amazing with our whole family. His personality and expertise shined in everyway and captivated our teenage boys too! They are hooked! Everything from the vehicle, to the snacks, to the sights to the ride itself - we all agree we wouldn't have done it any other way!

Joel took good care of us on our guided tour of the South rim of the Grand Canyon. He drove us to 4 different vista points and told us different things on each location. Very interesting to learn about how the canyon was formed. The lunch was an experience in itself. Can really recommend ALL STAR GRAND CANYON TOURS.

All I can say is wow! This tour was amazing and our guide Molly led one of the best tours we have ever been on. We did a tour of the Grand Canyon and hike to Ooh and Aah point. Molly was so friendly and a book of information about the canyon and the history surrounding this amazing place. We loved the views, avoiding touristy areas and the hike was great. Molly had snacks, tons of drinks and a full lunch spread for us. We even got to feed the mules while we took a break. She also took some great pics of our family at different spots along the way. I highly recommend this tour and if you get Molly to take you, consider yourself very lucky!

Initially I had mixed feelings about the long drive to the Grand Canyon since I turn green sitting in back of any vehicle, but after I alerted All-Star GC Tours of my concern, our guide, Molly, saved the comfy captain’s chair in front for me. No need for dramamine the whole trip. Plus, Molly picked us up at our air B&B, so no need to use our car, either. As we drove, our guide talked about the history of the region and pointed out local vegetation, animals, and geological wonders. She shared her impressive knowledge enthusiastically and kept our party of 6 entertained. We stopped along the south rim at places away from crowds that also offered great views and photo opps. Loved peering through the high-powered spotting scope to find boats on the river, native ruins, Phantom Ranch, and other sights I never knew existed, let alone be able to see with the naked eye. Molly kept us supplied with water, beverages and snacks, and we appreciated her attentiveness to the need for bathroom stops. Lunch at El Tovar (the winter substitute for picnics) was outstanding! In fact, the entire experience was outstanding and one of the best tours I’ve taken. We were home by dark. Happy. Relaxed. And beyond grateful for this awesome day at the Grand Canyon.

We had the perfect tour with Ben! I highly recommend - you will not be disappointed. We saw the Grand Canyon from so many different viewpoints that we never would’ve found on our own. They provide a beautiful picnic lunch, a meat & cheese board with wine in the evening by a beautiful spot to watch the sunset, plus had plenty of snacks and drinks on the van. We had our one year old son and they had the car seat and all the food/snacks for him as well! We truly had the best time and we know it’s what made us fall in love with the Grand Canyon. Thank you Ben for an incredible day!

I just can't say enough about our experience with Aaron at All-Star Grand Canyon Tours! It was our first time at the Grand Canyon and we brought our daughters (ages 10 and 7). From making their first view of the canyon awe-inspiring, to teaching them the history and lore of the canyon, Aaron truly has a gift! He made the adventure fun for us and the kids and took us on a great hike below the rim. He was conscientious and aware of our need for adventure as well as our limitations with two young kids and planned the perfect day. Not to mention, the FOOD! We dined on a cloth tablecloth and 5-star food for our "picnic" lunch (which was nicer than any picnic I've ever had!), and topped off our day with a cheers at sunset with a bottle of wine with hors d'oeuvres (sparkling apple cider for the kiddos too!) at an amazing spot outside the canyon. Aaron was fun to be with, knowledgable and entertaining for our kids. He knew all the best spots and lead us on an adventure we could have never completed on our own. He was efficient with our time and made sure our experience was absolutely perfect without missing a thing. Thank you, Aaron, for everything and the crew at All-Star -- we will definitely be back again!

Great day at the Grand Canyon with our family of 4.... and Brandon was great.... connecting with our 10 & 12 year olds and explaining all the amazing details of the Grand Canyon! His knowledge of not only the Canyon but the history of the area and Native American people was impressive! Would definitely send friends and family and recommend Brandon!

Dave and the crew at Allstar Grand Canyon Tours were fantastic. Dave tailored the day around what we wanted and made some great suggestions. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the GC and the local indigenous tribes. We would highly recommend a guided day even if your an accomplished hiker.

We booked All Star for an all day private excursion of the GC for five people. For three of us, it was our first time and thought it would be good to be guided. It wasn’t cheap but man was it worth every penny. We got picked by Andrew at Under Canvas where we were staying. Andrew toured us to all the great spots of the Grand Canyon which included a shorter hike and then a more substantial one. Both were at locations with stunning views. I am a little afraid of heights and ended up stopping mid way while the rest of the group trekked down further for even more stunning views on the longer hike. Our lunch was prepared by a professional caterer comprised of great sandwiches and salads, all set up for us to just sit and enjoy. The grand finale was at the most stunning spot to watch the sunset while we sipped on champagne and nibble on cheese and salami. The best part of the excursion was certainly Andrew. He had a great way of being genuine, being able to mix with us who got a little rambunctious at times. He really made the day and we all talked about how great Andrew and the day was the rest of our stay at the GC.

11/10 recommend. Cody was on time, great personality and accommodated everyone in our group. He was full of info in regards to the canyon, the history of this area and every single detail was planned. Not one thing to worry about besides lacing up your shoes!!!

I don't think I can possibly say enough great things about our day tour with Cory to the Grand Canyon. We hiked below the rim of the canyon (which we never would have attempted on our own), we fed the mules, we saw multiple views of the the Grand Canyon, saw the sunset, and even fit in the Junior Ranger Program for our two kids (ages 8 and 9). He was extremely knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna, and history of the area in and around the Grand Canyon. Our kids asked a ton of questions and he answered all of them with great insight and patience! Even more impressive was his ability to make sure our 3 generation group (aged 8-64) had a comfortable and safe trip. Thank you for an amazing day!

One of our family’s favorite travel days ever! Incredible experience I cannot recommend more highly. Andrew was amazing and so kind and patient with our kids (11, 9 and 7). He was so knowledgeable and customized our day to what we wanted to do and learn. He went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable day. We would have never experienced what we saw without this tour. The lunch was delicious, healthy and so good and the sunset with charcuterie was phenomenal. Thank you Andrew for an awesome day!

BEST thing we did in Arizona! Corey was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable of the area. He gave us lots of info but in a calm quiet way that made the tour like traveling with a friend. He was kind and helpful to a passenger who needed assistance getting in and out of the car. The snacks, drinks and sunset charcuterie board were all catered to our likes/needs. DO THIS TOUR!!!!

My wife & I recently completed a three day hike with Ben at the Grand Canyon. Our experience with All-Star Grand Canyon Tours was exceptional from the start. Working with Ivy on the details of the tour was easy, efficient and extremely professional. We received a call from Ben (Our Guide & Owner) the day before our tour to discuss our upcoming hike and to communicate expectations. We hiked with Ben for three days and I can honestly say it was one of the most exhilarating experiences that we have had. Ben was prepared with everything we needed and was informative and educated us on a great deal of the history of the Grand Canyon. Carolyn & I recommend All-Star Grand Canyon Tours to anyone who wants to book a first rate - first class tour of the Grand Canyon.

We went on the Beginner Below the Rim tour with our 18, 16 and 14 year old. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end with our tour guide Molly. It was a hot July day and she came prepared with plenty of snacks ,drinks and motivation to keep us going on the trail. After the hike, we had a lovely lunch overlooking the canyon, followed by more amazing views and fun photos. She is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Canyon and did a great job of sharing information with the kids and answering all of their questions. . I would highly recommend this company and specifically Molly if you are planning a trip to the Grand Canyon.

I wish I had a private videographer for our tour of the Grand Canyon! It was a day I want to remember forever. We were picked up in Flagstaff by Ben and boarded our private tour van/bus to head to the Grand Canyon. On the bus, Ben had prepared coolers full of our specifically requested drinks (right down to the exact kind of tea and Powerade) along with more water than we could ever drink. There were several baskets full of snacks we requested and even some we didn’t! We each had our own seat with charging station and our seats reclined (something very important for the drive back after a long day!) The trip to Grand Canyon was awesome as Ben shared lots of information and got to know us. When we made it to our first official stop Ben had my boys look down while walking so when they first saw the Grand Canyon it would be a perfect picture! We walked along the rim and Ben showed us different points across the canyon and had this awesome scope on a tripod that zoomed in perfectly! Our picnic lunch was flawless; a cloth tablecloth, real plates, cloth napkins and silverware! Our sandwiches were customized to our liking right down to the type of bread. We had a yummy tapenade, pasta salad, these amazing peppers, perfectly fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and more! After lunch, we headed to one of the many “unknown,” spots Ben shared with us. We walked along a path with tress and bushes that all of sudden ended on a cliff. It was awesome to just relax for a minute and enjoy the day! Next, we rode to another designated spot on the rim and Ben led us down a trail to this cave-like place. It was a scary hike at times and a little scary at first to sit under, but what a great spot to relax and just absorb the natural beauty of the Grand Canyon without anyone else around. After that, we headed to our sunset destination. My words could never do this special place justice. Once again, Ben had a “secret,” spot. It took some hiking to get to, but WOW! It was worth it! We sat out on a cliff/ledge with our Champagne, cheese, meats, crackers and fruit while watching the sunset. I will never forget the sunset toasts on the cliff of the Grand Canyon with my family and am so thankful for All-Star Grand Tours!!

We had the best time with our All-Star Grand Canyon tour guide. He made our trip so memorable and gave us a very personalized experience. He was knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk to. This was our favorite part of the trip by far! This private tour guide is WORTH EVERY PENNY! We avoided crowds and were able to see a few things off the beaten path that we wouldn't have ventured to by ourselves.

Professional company with knowledgeable guides. You have to see the Grand Canyon in person to truly appreciate it and it's way easier and time saving to go through a company than wasting time to figure out where to go. All Star Tours was fabulous on both of the tours I went on!

We had a lovely trip with breahtaking views and a great hike down to Ooh Ahh point. Kevin was a great tour guide, very friendly and full of fun facts about the canyon!

Wow. Epic. Picked up on time for our hike. John D. (Last name withheld since I don't know if he wants it out in public) was our guide. We decended on South Kaibab Trail staying in Bright Angel campground. We took the Bright Angel trail out after staying a day. John was flexible, allowing us to do our own exploring. He did a fantastic job dealing with the different experience levels if our group. The food was great and John is a fantastic cook, handling everything from prep to cleanup. He knows the canyon as good as anyone. After the hike out we spent some more time with John as he showed us some of the touristy stuff around the canyon. Something he did not have to do. A fantastic experience. Great and refined company that knows what they are doing. John D. is a great guide for all levels of experience. If you have a group with some miles under foot John D. Would be a fantastic choice. He has done it all and knows where to take those of us with a little more ability. Thanks John and thanks All Star....until next time, stay safe.

I do not generally write reviews, though having spent a day with my family and some friends and a Dude called Aaron, I am here. Yes, I write this review simply because the time that we spent with Aaron has changed us. He showed us places that I am sure others might have seen, however his knowledge of the location and his ability to keep us entertained for the full day was simply incredible. Most will have seen these wonderful locations on a sunny day. We on the other hand were privileged to see them when the weather was at its worst. And this is what we saw; some of the most incredible sights lit up by the odd ray of sun. I can’t begin to describe the scenery instead I attach some pictures. To Aaron, all we can say is, thank you for a truly amazing day.

Our guide Milton was top notch. Friendly knowledgeable and a local Navajo who was able to provide a little extra on history and local vegetation. The views are wonderful and even if you would like to go on your own I would tell you to take this tour first because of the information you couldn't get otherwise and saving yourself some stress by having the driving done for you. A+ lunch and comfortable ride. Thank you so much for the experience of a lifetime.

We went on the scenic rim tour. The food was excellent, the van was comfortable, and the itinerary was spot-on. However, what really made this tour amazing was our tour guide Brandon. He was quite simply the best tour guide we've ever had. His warm demeanor and easy-going personality made us comfortable immediately. His attentiveness to the unique needs of our group and desire to exceed our expectations showed just how much he genuinely cared for our Grand Canyon experience. In fact, he was constantly pulling out the telescope to show us unique portions of the canyon not easily seen by the naked eye. Yet, the thing that really set Brandon apart was his incredible base of knowledge about all things related to the Science of the Earth. We tested the depth of his knowledge by asking him questions ranging from birds of prey to Geology. At every turn, he proved himself to be the consummate tour guide for the intellectually curious traveler. I included a picture of Brandon sharing his world with us assisted by his trusty telescope.

After several plans for a honeymoon fell through due to COVID, we decided to have a 'good old fashioned' honeymoon and go to the Grand Canyon. I reached out to All-Star to understand their offerings and was happy to book a private tour for a day. The WHOLE day. Ben picked us up and explained what our day would look like and the expectations for COVID protocols in place. It's clear that they are taking this seriously and we felt safe all day in the van and as he guided us around the park. The tour included so much - a tour of the south rim, lunch, a hike into the canyon, geology lessons, and a cheese tray with sunset plus pick up and drop off at our lodging. This was our first trip to the Grand Canyon and it was such a releif to not have to research anything (cost, parking, best views, history, etc) and we could just enjoy! We loved out time, we learned so much and had a great time learning from Ben.

Did the all day van tour with wife and 2 teen kids. Aaron was our guide. This tour was awesome from start to finish. All-Star takes care of all the small things that makes the tour extra special like water, snacks, lunch, comfortable seats in a van with great A/C. Lunch was excellent. Lots of companies might not get high marks on these details. What took our tour from good to great was our guide, Aaron. He was friendly, energetic, and a fountain of knowledge. Throughout the tour we learned all sorts of things related to Flagstaff and the surrounding areas, and we learned tons of stuff about the Grand Canyon. I highly recommend this company.
