Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) US, Flagstaff

It's 3 days before Christmas. I came to make a withdrawal, it's 3:40 on a Wednesday, and the bank is closed. There's no sign, no anything, it says they're open until 4. I'm closing my account after the New Year for sure, and I've banked here since 1980.

Worst customer service experience in this outlet. I have been to other BoA outlet & they will greet you & ask you right away what help do you need, well, not in this place! We went inside to open a joint checking account & I saw 3 people walking around ignoring you like they are busy but you can see them not really doing anything. The 4th person is the only one working in the teller & there is 8 people in line for him & nobody wants to help him. We waited for about 20 minutes & no one bothered to ask so we went ask the lady in her office but only replied, "there is a sign in on the counter", no sign in the counter only for deposit/withdrawal. Then after another 5 mins, we ask another person & finally entertained us, but just to tell us that we need an appointment to be seen for another day. If you call for an appointment, no one answer the call. My experience in California with BA, you are in & out in half an hour to open an account. So i don't really know what is going on in this bank.

They never answer their phone, tellers are not trained to be polite nor do they know how to treat people. Spoke with Santiago Perez (Center Manager) and he was absolutely un-caring in regards to finding a solution for me. I literally closed me account the same day.

No 24/7 fraud reporting. I will never bank at a BoA again. This location did not handle my fraud situation appropriately allowing an account to stay open which allowed checks to be written to and from my account. I was left dealing with the aftermath at least a year after my purse was stolen. Money was returned, but it was hell to deal with.

Went into the one located near the mall to activate a second card and change the pin number. They were unavailable to do so. Was told to call the Financial Center to get a new pin mailed to me. I left and called. The lady advised me that I can simply go into a bank an change it there. The Bank at this location I wasted my time. No have to wait for. New pin to be mailed to me.

Why wouldn't you update your hours? Says 4pm got here 25 minutes early and doors are locked and no one answers phones. Poorly managed and doesn't take complaints/issues seriously.

I would give this place no stars if I could. The digital wallet does not work here at the ATM.

Bank hours are undesirable so have to rely on the ATMs, however, the ATMs hardly ever function (can’t make cash withdrawals nor deposits). Also, recently the BoA ATM outside the bank ate the debit card and check trying to deposit.

Made an appointment for a notary, sat for 15 minutes past the appointment time and then were told that they were still busy and didn’t know when they could get to us.

They were rude. We came in to change my name on my cards to match my license to be able to rent a car because they have to match, they told me I could sign up for an appointment next week. As I told them my husband is a wildland Hotshot and will be sent to the next fire Monday. So we needed to do it today. No compromise or help. They are a-holes. That is all.
