SunWest Credit Union N Campbell Ave, Tucson

I have been a credit union member and conducted shared branching at this location with another out of state account. I have lived in different states and conducted shared branching for over a decade and I have not found a better more genuine staff. If you want to feel valued and have any team member be able to help you with whatever your needs are, then this is the place for you. I recently joined this credit union because of the great service and care I receive from each associate every time I have conducted a transaction. I challenge you to find a better Credit Union staff!

What a great experience I have had working with Annette from Sun West. She made my refinance experience so smooth. She was very pleasant, efficient and informative when it came to answering all my questions (and I had a lot). Annette’s availability and attention to assist me was phenomenal. I will definitely be sure to refer her to assist anyone in need of financial loans or just wanting to find a great credit union to work with. My experience with sunwest Federal Credit Union has been a very pleasant one. Employees are very nice and helpful and try their best to accommodate your financial needs. It has a different atmosphere than most but very comfortable. I already have recommended a friend who also has applied and approved! Keep up the great service!

In the market for a new credit union, and liking the positive reviews posted here, I emailed through the website and asked for more details about opening an account. No reply in two weeks, so low scores here and I'm opening an account with another CU, who did respond.

New to the area and phoned them for a service requirement. Even after a year in the pandemic, they still don't support virtual or phone meeting. How can a new customer who don't have way to attend in person meeting get to the branch? Lack of empathy and common sense.

Veronica is amazing and has helped me many times. She is friendly but over all she cares about her customers. I have recommended Sun West to many of my friends and I will continue doing so. Thank you Veronica and Sun West for your amazing customer service.

The Campbell location is so much more than a bank, they are like family to me. These women continuously go out of their way to help you with your financial needs and to also put a smile on your face. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!
