The best pawn shop in town! This place deserves its excellent Google rating. Staff is super friendly and fun to deal with. I bought a JBL speaker, and then came back to trade in some musical gear. Good deals. They made it really easy to buy and sell. 100% satisfied with Casa Pawn.

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I never get the short direct answer, i get a warm frindly answer. We may not always make a deal, but it is always a nice visit. They talk with me and not at me. It is the only pawn shop that I visit.

Casa pawn is a great place to do business. I brought in a few things to get a loan and they were very fair and were able to give me what I was asking to get for the items that I bought in.

Went around to several pawn shops most of them have dirty misused power tools it's nice to come into a place where they only keep the select stuff that's in top shape and is also cosmetically acceptable found the perfect Dremel I needed and it even came with the case and all the attachments saved a good chunk of money and the service was excellent thank you casa Pawn for your honesty and good work

This is a locally owed businesses therefore they actually have customer service skills. I've been to 2 other pawn shops in Tucson, both corporate and both were rude. I'd rather do business with people that treat me nicely.

Very helpful, incredibly polite! Store was well-arranged and clean. Really happy with the prices. I ended up buying an absolutely gorgeous diamond ring for myself. Something I had wanted to do for a very long time. I definitely recommend!

Everyone there is really helpful and do their best to get you the most for your items and their prices on the items they have in there for sale are surprisingly low I recommend everyone to go in there if they're getting a loan on something or if they're looking to buy stuff

Friendly and helpful staff, clean professional store, and actually some really nice items in stock. Not the lowest prices in the game but you get what you pay for and it seemed like an honest establishment with good people running it. Will happily return here in the future to support this business

I have been searching for a very specific camera for a video project and I finally found it here. I made an fair offer for the camera on their website and they kindly accepted and the next day I dropped by to pick it up. They made the entire process very simple. The employee, Hayley, helped me and she was incredible friendly and knowledgeable. This was, hands down, the best experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. This is now my go-to spot when looking for specific electronics because the selection was great and the prices were extremely fair. I would highly recommend Casa Pawn to anyone I know.

In all our experience in pawning and shopping, we have never felt as welcomed and comfortable anywhere other than casa pawn, mark was kind and took consideration of our needs. We plan to return to some shopping, really great prices on everything in the shop.

Terrible customer service it's a shame because i actually did have 2 different decent experiences there. But Today nope. I was told couldn't accept my items because they were "too new" then was told my watch was broken. I actually waited about 10 extra min in line to speak with owner whom I've had good experiences with whom told that it was NOT broken. Lol terrible place took my items to super pawn and got more than needed.

I came in looking for a small gift item. The manager helped me choose a jewelry piece from amongst 2-3 options. Excellent service, great experience and patience of a saint! I highly recommend Casa Pawn and encourage others to give them a try.

Great shop. All of their items for sale are in great condition. Honestly the best looking items in town. Prices are competitive. I have purchased items with great satisfaction. Will go back soon and often to see what new items they get in.

Best In the West! I was able to pawn my knife within three minutes and was give 35% of its value brand new. My knife is over a year old. I just picked it up in less time. There was no interest charge! Fist pawn is free if you pick it up in thirty days.

Juan was very friendly & helpful. Unlike some other pawn shops in town, we were greeted promptly every time we entered the store, which is clean and orderly. I was purchasing a handgun, and Juan was careful to clearly walk me through the entire process and was knowledgeable about each if the handguns I looked at. I would definitely recommend both Casa Pawn in general and Juan in particular.

I found my new favorite pawn shop that has friendly people selling quality products. I have purchased 2 handguns and currently have a rifle on layaway all brand new and great prices. I also purchased a power inverter for a price I was looking for without having to order on line.

I do not usually frequent pawn shops to often but some times you can find a great deal, and I have been very lucky with Casa Pawn. I have purchased a laptop and a bicycle from them and I have been very satisfied with my purchases and would definitely go back to find other items. The service was very good, friendly, and willing to work with me on pricing. If you are looking for a good deal on a good selection of items I would suggest taking a look here.
