Awesome experience! I needed a little cash in a pinch so I took out a loan against my pressure washer. Called them and got an offer in a set of headsets. Got there less than 10 minutes later and they changed the offer to 1/3rd of what they quoted me on the phone. I went to Casa Pawn and was given an actual fair price for the items. Shop around, a lot of places have better customer service and will price match them.

Someone just posted here on how friendly and caring Layla and her staff are. This is so true. Every time I go in there they act like I'm a friend they are happy to see again. Layla will give you the best deal in town and so will her co-manager Cassidy. And a special shout out to Pam for her patience and upbeat personality while waiting on me at the jewelry counter. This pawn shop rocks!

I walked in just before closing to try to sell some silver spoons. I figured I'd come to the right place because the sign outside says "We Buy Gold and Silver." But as I walked in, the later at the counter shouted, "It's 7:01! We're closed!" Even though there were a few other customers still inside. But another kinder lady beckoned me over. I explained that I wanted to sell some silverware, and she promptly informed me that they don't buy that and then pointed me to the door. Talk about awful service! They clearly didn't want me in the store, and I certainly won't be coming back any time soon.

Alaya was very professional in helping me and my wife out, she helped us get the money we needed. Very kind lady would recommend if you need help ask for her will definitely go back to her again

Cassidy used to help me everytime I came in and gives the best deals. She now helps me over at 22nd and continues to provide outstanding customer service.

Alaya was friendly from the moment we walked in, my son saved up some money for a newer Xbox and they had a lot to choose from, she gave him a great deal on one and even added some awesome extras , my son literally said “this is the best day of my life” Lololol he’s only 13. We will definitely be going back to this location it was a pleasure and Alaya is compassionate, patient, kind and thoughtful, loved our experience here!!!

I'm going to be straight up, I literally came into the store hating my life. Like I just had a mental breakdown I called the crisis line before I walked in there. I came in not really knowing what my plan was, but I saw a prenatal yoga DVD and I don't really have that much money so I decided to just go with that. The staff was so friendly, I haven't felt cared about in so long and they made me feel like there was actually hope and that there are good people in the world. So if you're looking to spend your money please spend it here. You will be treated with respect and kindness and they have a lot of cool things and good deals!
