    Started off well with them like 12 years ago, now it's very different, in a negative way. Problem is, I had my wife and children open accounts with them. Their app shows I owe $0.00 for the credit card, I had programmed automatic payments. I get a late payment notice, I call the branch, they say, I don't know why disregard the letter. Credit report shows 3 missed payments, they say their app shows $0.00 owed, they it's my fault because I haven't made payments, like if it's my fault their app/system doesn't work. My credit report has been negatively affected by the bank. My account is programed to pay the credit card automatically, I look into the account, it reads amount owed $0.00. I keep getting letters from them saying I'm late, I called them, they claimed to have fixed it,

    Went to move money from Hughes to a better interest rate paying institution. Can only transfer $2k at a time now. Federal regulations are under $10k. Interest rates are the lowest. I smell greed and deceit from this Credit Union. The Money Market account pays pennies per month instead of per day.

    I walked in and right up to teller. She asked for my ATM card. Then addressed me by my name. She was very helpful and courteous.

    I called many times and they can’t contact me to loans. They are never there I’ll been on the phone for over an hour and just for nothing. I need my money back, I was charged twice for my payment.

    Worst customer service location. The waits are ridiculously long even with no one waiting. The lady at the front counter Samantha & whomever the older lady is do not work with efficiency, talk down to you and roll their eyes as they speak. It’s easy to find another job. They also make you wait for someone else to help even after the tellers tell you they can “quickly” assist you. They won’t even reset when their app is screwed up (which the app is always undergoing maintenance & is never accurate). Literally all other Hughes locations are better than this one. Worth driving across town for. Even going to chase or BOA is better.

    Happy they showed their true colors before I took out a loan with them. Awful, will be spending my next day off switching banks. They don't care about you, just about taking as much as they can from you.

    Easy to get a loan and finance with. I've had 3 vehicle loans now and all were super easy, fast, and fair on the rates

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a bank. Trying to get even the simplest thing taken care of turns into hours of wait time on the phone. App is trash don’t even bother. I wish I had read the reviews before moving my loan here.

    Lady at the front deskt was not very knowledgeable. Wasted an hour of my time and didn't accomplish the errand intended for myself which was to open a checking account. Went to Vantage West instead less than 30 mins was helped and got a checking and savings account.

    Myself and my mom use Hughes and we both like it. If you need help with something important it can be faster to go in person instead of call on the phone. Hughes gave me a good credit card and their e-mail and in-person support has been great. I'd take Hughes over any of the major chain banks in a heartbeat.
