Avoid at all costs. I have owned 2 other homes using Quicken Loans as the lender & for a total of 10 years, never once had my loan sold and/or transferred. In the span of 6 months, my loan was sold/transferred THREE times. Most recently in late February. I still cannot log into my new account, I have called their customer service 3x times, was told I would get a call back from tech support....nothing. I JUST received my tax documents in the mail, TWO DAYS before the tax deadline so I now must file an amendment to my return because the company has been so negligent in their loan servicing and customer service. I tried to reach someone in the company to discuss these concerns with on multiple occasions and not one person has helped me or returned my calls. I was told I could pay to refinance with another company if I did not want them to service my loan any more. Not a great experience, I just don't understand how they stay in business...

Paul and Carla jumped through hurdles, hike rates, income limits, and investor requirements to make sure I could close on a dream home. The next 10+ years of my life will be vastly impacted because of what they were able to do for me and purchasing this home. I owe them and their team a trip to the beach at any point in time!
