I started my home buying process around March 2016. I chose People Mortgage to finance my home because they were highly recommended by my realtor. My loan officer was Leah Ward and she was fantastic. On the first day she took all of my personal information and had my qualification letter within 24 hrs. She was very knowledgeable and the approval amount matched my income. She always answered any questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. She even answered some of my questions by email well after business hours. I was able to complete my entire loan process by email, phone, or their website with exception of the final closing paperwork of course. They have a great website that is easy to navigate and use.
