Joe's team worked very hard to make this happen for me and made my home buying experience seem almost effortless. It's been a rough year for me with life events and I really appreciated all that they did. I especially want to thank Kathy Taylor who helped me through the whole process. She would call me frequently with updates and always answered any of my concerns. She is very personable and really knows the mortgage business inside and out. I would definitely recommend Joe's team at Guild Mortgage to all my friends and family.

Joe called me within about 1/2 hour from me submitting my application online for a loan. He worked with me closely throughout the process. A HUGE thank you to Kathy for working with me on a Sunday after she was going through a tough time herself. She maintained a very professional and kind manner while working with me. The team is great and i'm lucky to have worked with them. Joe even showed up at the closing with a great gift basket. Would definitely use their services and highly recommend.

I think the fact that Joe's team has 15 reviews, all with 5 stars, says everything. They are amazing. We had been turned down by both our bank and credit union 4 times over the past 3 years. We went to Joe's office expecting to be turned down again, but we were pre-approved within 30 minutes of leaving his office. From that point forward, everyone at Joe's office was there for us every step of the way. Every phone call and e-mail was responded to promptly, even on weekends and outside of normal business hours. Joe told us he could close our VA loan within 3 weeks, and if it hadn't been for some delays on the repairs, that absolutely would have happened. I was somewhat surprised when Joe himself showed up at our closing (with wine and candy!), which to me, shows that he is really dedicated to helping his clients. I have already recommended Joe and his team to everyone I know who is thinking of buying a house, and will continue to do so. If I ever buy another house, I will definitely use them again.

I wish I could give Joe and his team more than five stars, they were exceptional to work with from start to finish. I quickly explained a rush loan scenario required for my parents to stay in contract on a modular 2nd home purchase there in Tucson. Even though they live out of state - his assistant Linda Jarosz had their loan package together, qualified, and in front of an underwriter in 2 days flat! Being first home buyer's Guild Mortgage made it easier then I had heard it was going to be. Joe was always available to talk to even when on vacation, Kathy educated me with things I didn't understand and made me feel so comfortable to contact her at anytime. My home buying experience did not get started off on the right foot. My first realtor referred me to another company, but they never got back to me. Found a new realtor who said that Joe and Kathy aren't that way and will always answer their phones. Oh boy, that was so true! They always seemed available.
