I have personally known Ricky for quite some time and my biggest regret is not going to Ricky when I first purchased my home!! I just refinanced my home with the assistance of Ricky and the Guaranteed Rate team. Ricky was extremely thorough, quick, professional and efficient. Ricky was kind, upfront and honest. The team's communication and transparency gave me peace of mind. The entire process was easier than I expected it to be. Ricky made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and explained things to me in layman's terms. He made honest recommendations that would benefit me in the long run.
