I closed on a home (in 2021) for over $800k and my main contact was Sarah. I'd never had so much difficulty trying to communicate with someone in a professional role before. There were numerous occasions where I had asked for answers or clarification, and she just simply failed to respond via email or phone call. I would literally call, be put on hold, told she was "unavailable" and never receive a call back. Her job was to answer my questions, and she would avoid things such as: receiving the survey, getting the updated land description, whether the deed was completed, and the cherry on top - the voided checks. I'd lost hours of sleep because of the sheer lack of respect she had for myself as a customer and her role in the company. I could only imagine this trickled down from management. But I only hope a year later, the issues have been resolved.

They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I've been in the real estate business for 15 years and they are one of the finest I have ever worked with. I used them for my home closing infact. Highly recommended.

There was an oversight by ST at my closing earlier this month, and I was shorted a significant amount of money due to me at that time. Although I did receive the full portion of the refund from my mortgage lender within two weeks, it was still unacceptable and disappointing. After expressing my further dissatisfaction in a negative but honest review of my overall experience, I was contacted by upper management and was offered a refund of one of their closing fees, which I accepted. I appreciated their interest in my customer satisfaction post-transaction. Thank you Lisa and team for your genuine concern.

We were forced to use Strategic title as this is who the seller’s agent apparently works with. We were under the impression that the sellers *chose*, however we later learned that this is the “go-to” title company that the sellers agent works with. Had we, as buyers, realized this then we would have insisted on choosing our own title company who would have worked for US. Which brings me to the reason for the negative review. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly rude. I had to ask over and over again for estimates. Every time I had a question they seemed annoyed, in fact Morgan actually sighed loudly when I was inquiring about details of the transaction, it was completely ridiculous and stressed us out even more. It was apparent they didn’t want to help us and wanted what was best for the seller, which I find unethical. Morgan also completely ignored my submission of home warranty invoice which was supposed to be included on hud. They also do not return voicemails in a timely manner, or maybe they were just ignoring us. I would not recommend to any buyers to go along with this closing company if the sellers agent recommends/uses. In my opinion, You won’t be treated fairly.

Morgan, Missy, & Sarah are one hell of a team! They're extremely responsive and always provide excellent customer service! I recommend Strategic Title to anyone looking for a smooth and stress free closing process!
