I have been referring my clients to Majesty Title for 5 years now! As a realtor, it is an incredible experience every time. I never have to ask for updates, I never have to check and make sure documents were ordered, or closings are scheduled. They do everything and they do it so well. It truly makes me job effortless and my buyers and sellers are always so complimentary on how smooth their transaction was. I have also bought and sold multiple properties personally and have always used Majesty as well. There is no one else I would trust with my money!

Title had us travel to their South Tampa office and wasted 2 1/2 hours of our time and still didn't complete the closing. Some of it was finances fault but title could have caught it. I was told to transfer way more money for closing and was told I would get a check for the difference at closing. Since title was messed up, we didn't get the check since we completed closing with a mobile notary. I was told the check would be here on Tuesday via FEDEX (no check came) and when I called Thursday they said the check was sent via USPS and would be in by Friday. Here it is Tuesday and still no check and no one is answering the phone at either office.

Always top customer service with a smile. I have never had a closing at Majesty not be a pleasant experience for my clients, no matter how difficult or complex the transaction.
