I have used millennial title for servers of my closings not only in Florida. Their professionalism is in paralleled by any other title office I have experienced. Christina and Jamieson at the Tampa office handled a particularly difficult transaction for me recently. As with any complicated real estate transaction, there were issues. The team at millennial promptly and effectively addressed said issues hence why I am leaving this review today. I would give them six stars if I could.

This was my 3rd closing with Millennial Title. I've never known a title agency to be so helpful and involved before. In fact I've never even thought about the title agency before or the fact that I can choose who I use. I've also never realized the difference in pricing between different agencies. Looking back through my dealings in the past, other agencies had a bunch of extra fees that I didn't have to pay with Millennial Title. Furthermore, Christina was the absolute best in explaining everything that was going on and has been more helpful in knowing what is going on with the deal than the Real Estate Agents I have worked with. I will never use anyone else, and if your Realtor isn't using Millennial Title you should find out why. The choice is YOURS and the extra money you might be throwing away on other title agencies' junk fees is also YOURS!
