Horrible experience ! They’ll lie; say anything and make false assurances, to get you to closing then change the story! Their disclosure/waiver is an honest reflection of the quality of this company ethics=none.. They ask you to sign away your privacy rights, ask you to reveal “any and all” bank information even thought they only need access to specific loan payoff info, ask you to approve them sharing your personal Information with anyone they choose inside or out side the company! Best advise: DO NOT TRUST/USE Hillsboro title!

They lack customer service and professionalism. Their lawyer was VERY RUDE and kept calling my realtor "baby" in a chauvinistic way and threatening us. I could never recommend this company to anyone. What did they do about it..... absolutely nothing after calling a few times to report him and his mannerism. So tacky!!!!!!!

This office is highly unprofessional, and I would warn anyone not to use them. The need for required information was relayed at the last minute several times. I was told the day of closing that the amount of my wire had changed. Additionally, the made me wire an amount of $130 dollars, which is insane. Also, when I arrived for the closing the documents were missing my condo number, which I had specifically advised them to update on the draft. Lastly, they never returned any of my phone calls. They were highly unprofessional, and made what was suppose to be an exciting day into a very stressful event!

Melanie and Charles made the title and closing process simple and easy. As a first time home buyer, it was very overwhelming. They were extremely helpful and friendly during the entire process. Thank you again!

The absolute worst experience ever. As a Real Estate agent, I've worked with several title companies, and this location is the absolute worst. Very unprofessional, they do not return calls, respond to emails in a timely manner, or even acknowledge receipt of documents. Worst of all, they fail to follow specific requirements for smooth closings, which resulted in funding not being able to be finalized until a week after closing. It may have just been the employee we worked with, but it was horrible. I've worked with their location in Plant City, and the process was smooth and seamless.
