Absolutely the best title company I have ever done business with. Theresa Antoinette handled the closing and she was first class all the way. Now I realize she is the same Antoinette family that is first class in there in there Marina and pizzeria .they treat there customers like family The Antoinette name holds alot of value to me. Warm and patient. I was assisting with my mothers closing and she had several questions and repeated a few to go along with a few stories and they were more than accommodating.

Very disappointed with the poor communication throughout the sale. In all my years in real estate, this title company was the WORST! They LOST the buyer's escrow check. FOR DAYS! When we asked about canceling the check, somehow it was found - not yet deposited. I wonder what the procedure is there...? Then, they didn't send our company's commission check. Today is the 9th day post-closing. They are shirking our phone calls. Beware of this title company!!

Sarah and her team did a great job! I needed a rush closing for my client and they went above and beyond to get it closed so quickly. I would definitely recommend Sarah and her team at Tiago National Title.

I recently closed several loans with this company and T Alexander. I can say this was the best experience I have ever had on closings. Ms. Alexander was extremely proficient at her job. She keep me informed all the way to closing. It was a pleasure working with her and her team. I will definitely use them for my remaining closings.

We took out a loan on our property to consolidate some consumer debts and those debts were supposed to be paid by the title directly to the lenders upon closing. Instead title company sent to us a week later checks by FedEx to the companies with no instruction about what to do it with them. I now had to call the title company and I was only able to find their number because it happened to be on the checks. They state that they don’t make any payments to Creditors even though that was the terms of the loan. And they didn’t provide us information about what to do with it. I have called the creditors and now there is extra interest and late charges assessed to all three of these creditors because of this title company not doing the job that they were literally contracted and paid thousands of dollars to do. Do not go with this company. I have another refinance on another property that I am working on right now and I’m going to insist that this company does not handle the title and escrow.

We worked with Bobbi on the close of our property, the process was so easy and stress free. She handled everything perfectly, will always return when we need her services. Thank you so much Bobbi with Tiago.
