Hope to make a difference with this review if you are purchasing a home. I just bought my second home and was excited to work along the professional staff at Stewart Title Company. They made sure this experience was enjoyable and stress free. I believe this speaks volumes since even though it’s my second home I was a nervous wreck 😁. The STC team worked with my realtor and loan officer to ensure I closed on the home on time. They are professionals and truly care about the person behind the purchase. I walked in and was greeted at the door by the receptionist, she heard what my questions were and she got me to speak with the office manager. I got the answers that I needed in a very short time. I say they're great for taking the time and answering me without an appointment.

Every single person I spoke to at Stewart title was very helpful and friendly. I felt like I was their only customer as they all seemed to know my file and made everything so seamless. We were in the middle of packing and down to the deadline and they sent one of the closers to our home to sign paperwork ahead of time to save us from having to come in. Our closing was not the easiest as the buyers were closing out of state as well as us, so many things could have gone wrong however it couldn't have been smoother. If there were any issues I certainly wasn't aware of them. I would highly recommend Stewart Title!!!

Judi is very knowledgeable of her job. She is very efficient and pleasant to work with. Judi cares about me and my business/clients. She has a very positive attitude and is ready to help whenever asked.
