Natia went above and beyond to close a deal for me this week. It was completely unexpected of her but she was up late Thursday night texting with me at 10pm and made me feel as it was no issue at all. Our buyers closed here. As of today, First International Title is still holding onto the checks for the buyers realtor (not me), my broker (us) and even the processing company (not me). We closed almost a week ago and the checks haven't been mailed yet. As a mortgage broker, I don't want to work with a title company that sits on our income for a week.

At first I was looking at houses, then I wanted buy an apartment, then I wanted a lot to put a manufactured home, then I went back to a house, and finally found what I wanted and needed.
