The notery that they sent out to my first time home buyers, didn't know UP from Down. Glad I was available to be in attendance. The lady literally did not know what was going on. To be that neglected by a title company is truly beyond me! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ITS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB. Never have I had such a despicable experience with a title company.

THE BEST IN TOWN! I have had experience dealing with multiple title companies in the Orlando area and Artesian Title has been the best. Robert Patterson is a extremely professional Escrow Officer, always available over email, phone and always answers your questions - no matter how many. Moreover, even after the transaction, Robert and Alexa have kept the professional relationship going and always helps us out with property & title related questions.. They have a good team that can quickly perform title search so they do not leave it for the last minute and avoid surprises before closing (unlike some other companies that search 1-2 days before closing then ask you for bunch of document proofs or releases to chase down). Even when it comes to complicated questions or scenarios - they check with their underwriters or internal legal team(Robert’s an attorney too) within a day and get the correct response, instead of stock or no responses from some other companies. They have a wonderful office and closing processes are always fast and efficient. And their closing celebration is absolutely the AMAZING. It always makes everyone feel special!! We have not see any mistakes in our forms or documents. Artesian title really prioritizes you as a customer and ensures that the transaction is as important to them as it is to you. We will be coming back to them for ALL of our teams future title needs.

Robert, Alexa and their whole team were wonderful to work with! They made the closing so easy for us. We wanted to review things early and they were able to get us all of the paperwork in advance(7 days prior) and come to us to review. They live by their slogan of closing’s with a concierge touch! Our realtor said it was his easiest closing! We've closed three times and they were by far our favorite to work with. We'll be using them every time moving forward and recommending to our friends. Very professional, helped us easily understand the paperwork and nice to work with.

This is one GREAT title company. Their care and assistance goes beyond closing the transaction: months later when an issue cropped up, we asked for some advice and presto!, a fix was working in less than hour (on a Saturday). Worst experience!! First of all, the remote closer showed up with the wrong paperwork and we had to wait for the proper paperwork. I was going through a divorce and I was told explicitly that my ex husband would not be listed anywhere on my paperwork. Come to find out, this company listed him on my deed. I called Daniel to ask questions as to why and see what they will do to fix it and I got vague responses and "we will get back to you", then told I had to handle it myself, and then no answers at all. Now I am left to deal with this and pay for it AGAIN.

Alexa was truly wonderful to work with. She made everything go so smooth and quickly. Bob banker at the closing explained everything to us and allowed us to ask all our dumb questions since we were new to the home buying process. I will also add that the Celebration was something we never saw coming and just truly made us feel special. Alexa sent very detailed emails to help us prepare for the closing and even sent lists of items after the closing with advice for new homeowners. It was great to work with him and my husband and i would highly recommend her and Artesian Title to anyone!

I found Artesian Title’s info through Google and was impressed to see all the positive reviews at first. I hadn't dealt with any real estate attorneys or Title Companies in the Orlando area so was a bit skeptical to just work with anyone. I'm glad I picked Robert Patterson and Artesian Title to handle my closings (now for two transactions). Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market/transactions and makes the process seem extremely smooth. He is always on top of everything. We did not have to wait long in the office, we arrived early but Bob Bankers(Our Closer) was ready with the paperwork within 5 minutes. Hi, we have purchased 2 homes with Wells Fargo Morgage, this company make U to created an acct with qualia to process all documents taking care and caution of the information, but when I go back to obtain my new home closing documents arte 30 days it shows for all documents when We click to opened “ pop up window block” and the closing date they didn’t provide a hard copy before us left the office for proof of purchase. NOT RECOMMEND. ITS A HEADACHE. It look like they did this with out get payment to do these matter.

They also offer free mobile closings in the whole country and have a couple of attorneys as well as a CPA available for you and your clients ! Robert Patterson and his team made our closing so easy. They actually did two closings for us in February since we refinanced when rates dropped. Both experiences with Artesian Title were seamless. Alexa in the office was great to work with, ensuring we stayed on top of deadlines and the closings were so convenient. Having closed 100+ homes in Florida with a number of title companies, Artesian Title is quite simply the best in Florida. They're smart. They're fair. They're honest. They're gonna do what they say they're gonna do. From the developer/builder perspective, Artesian helps to close more smoothly than other title groups and helps manage the expectations of clients. They do their job so that we can get back to focusing on taking care of clients and building well. A few details that I've seen: -Artesian routinely behind-the-scenes cleans up the sloppy work of other title companies in town even when the other title company is getting the lion-share of the title split. -They routinely smooth out the mistakes of amateur real estate agents. -To the extent they're able on the sell-side, Artesian actually keeps lenders from forgetting about paperwork that the lender will need, which would delay a closing. -They often handle client interactions more professionally than the agents that represent those clients. -Artesian welcomes first time buyers and sellers and takes the time to happily answer the full range of first-time questions, where we've seen other groups hurry buyers/seller through their closings. -We appreciate that Artesian is among the most thorough title groups that we've seen in town. Some groups can close any deal regardless of how messed up the title situation is. Artesian to their credit is happy to put in the legwork to clean a deal up to get it to work, but they won't close any sloppy deal. For us, that's an indicator that they'll still be here in 50 years and that deals we close with them will have a very low risk that there will be an issue. If you're a first time buyer/seller, Artesian will take good care of you. If you're a real-estate professional, Artesian will take good care of you. We keep coming back to Artesian!!!

After working with Artesian Title, I have never felt more satisfied. The quality of work was beyond my expectations.
