TD Bank S Kirkman Rd, Orlando

Went in for a business transaction. Unfortunately quite busy but Matthew was great help. One in his office; the man know what he's talking about and doing. Got me out in a jiffy. awesome customer service is always much appreciated.

This is one of the busiest bank I ever been. The staff are just amazing. doing a great job and multi tasking while they are assisting customers. The manager is amazing , always willing to help customers. some customers get an attitude with them because of the waiting time,but unfortunately there is only so much the staffing can do to help everyone since its very busy..I will recommend it.

I just witnessed the worst service from Alan ababon the financial service representative he told a young lady that are we here to babysit your money bad customer service in my opinion. I hope TD Bank corporate headquarters should make a full investigation on Allen on his further career opportunities in my opinion I believe he should get fired instantly now today this guy just gave the worst customer service in the world. If there was an option for less than a one-star rating this will be the place.

Horrible! I have been calling for 6 hours straight ,3 days recording the whole thing . No one answers the phone . The manager told me to call! This is unprofessional ! Horrible customer service !

I had an account with TD for 8 years and loved it! Very convenient, always helpful, great service. I guess they will service you until the real time of need comes. I was a victim of fraud and instead of trying to help they closed my account. I was not even allowed to speak with store manager who "was in the meeting" or "not in today". All the communication was done through someone else. I felt that after so many years of smooth banking, I at least deserve to have a conversation with the store manager and explain the situation. But they decided not to bother and just drop me off like unwanted baggage in this rough time. Thanks! I guess they have chosen "the most convenient" option for them.

I’m trying to cash my check and this is the second time they told me to walk up to the drive threw to get a teller to cash my check because they are short staff inside I walked to the bank why am I being directed to stand on a drive threw line this makes no sense. It’s very unprofessional this is a bank smh. Management needs to step up very disappointed in this bank site

Every day is a new day but not at this location. Service is horrible there is never a easy banki! Staff is slow and unfriendly! This is the closest facility to my job and I drive past it just so that I can have a easy transition when handling my banking needs.

Glad I went to this location. Sati was helpful, knowledgeable & happy to help resolve any issues I had with my account. Thank you.

If you want to be helped with respect and expect good customer service, don’t go to this bank D-

Taylor at the drive thru is rude and dismissive would not ever come back to this location ! Will be writing to corporate as well !

I went in and was lucky enough to be assisted by the Assistant Store Manager Denney and what a an experience that was. Denney was so helpful and selfless and thorough with a passion of helping others. He really took the time to help me get everything I needed accomplished without being impatient and making me feel rushed. I am so thankful for his assistance and all the knowledge he shared, he is definitely a true asset to that branch.

Gotta be the worst managed bank ever. They only run 2 drive throughs and they are slow as molasses! I have to go every day and I spend at least 1 hour waiting in line and have waited as long as 2 hours just to make a deposit. They have cut their operating hours ,plus closed the lobby ,causing a major back up of customers. I heard a manager talking to the guy in the drive next to me today and told him he could not make a appointment to come in to pay off his loan. She told him to go online. If you could avoid this bank I would strongly recommend it.
