    I just saw that this branch has 2 stars and I totally understand why, I got a bank account with Bank of America for 5 years and there wasn’t a week I didn’t have a problem in this South Kirkman. Road branch. I’ve been working at the same place for a couple years now and EVERY WEEK I get paid in check. I always have problems depositing my checks in the app. They always hold my deposit and I’m not able to use my money or the check takes at least 4 days to clear in my account so I always cash my checks and deposit the cash but every time I try to do this in this location they always find a problem in my check, that’s the only place I get to have those kind of problems, the ink isn’t the same or whatever. I work in a big place OF COURSE the owner signs the checks and the managers put the amount, every company does that. Not to mention that the Manager in charge is super rude. While I was trying to understand what was going on in order to solve it and call the company she was just being rude saying she couldn’t do anything.

    Love this drive through. Two ATMs, one close to the building and one further away. I used the one closer to the building and noticed it is a bit higher than normal. So, if you’re in a big truck, it is easy to reach. The screen and buttons are huge and easy to use.

    ATM kept my card so I went inside the branch behind a men who just got in. The blonde hair lady, with glasses from the bank was talking to him and when I tried to get in it was locked so I asked her for help and she denied it. Got back to my car and two seconds later they were kissing, still inside. Check the security cameras, 09/27/2021 around 4:10 pm.

    This is one of the worst BOA locations I have visited. Unfortunately there are no -ve stars or they will get atleast 3 negative stars. I had an appointment on a weekday after lunch and I showed up on time at the door but they had 6 customers in front of me. By the time I got to the employee who was helping determine who needs assistance told me to sit down and wait. I came to know that the manager who had to help me add my spouse as an authorized to my accounts had to step out for lunch. I was at the location for over 50 minutes and when I asked, the employee and another manager said I was 15 minutes late for my appointment that's what I was not being assisted. One the other had they said I need to wait for another 15 minutes before the manager gets back to office. They need to up their game because I walked out and opened another account with a different bank right across from the street and they helped me open a new account within 30 minutes. Even after being with this bank for over 11 years and having my mortgage, credit cards and business accounts with them this is an eye opener for me. All the business I got them is not appreciated so I am closing this account soon. Even after walking out and 5 days later no one even contacted me about my experience at the location. This bank won't last long as they are going to lose their customer everyday. One last thing to mention... Now that I don't have my mortgage and business account with them (moved these two accounts to different bank 2 years ago) they don't treat me good, if I had those accounts they might have treated me differently.

    Disgraceful bank, staff chatting and joking around while customers waiting ridiculous times to be served. 35 minutes wait time to deposit one cheque, only 3 people in front of me. Drive thru closed at 9.30 this morning. Bank of America get your act together and start focusing on customer service. Avoid at all cost!!

    I got hung up on, by an employee at this location. It takes a long time to get someone on the phone in the first place. To then have to Engage with an poorly mannered and unprofessional, you’re in the customer service industry. Act like it.

    I don’t know what to say about this brand. I only go there maybe once every 6 months if I don’t have no choice. This branch is only 1 mile away from me but I prefer to dive 5-10 miles to find another Branch. No body I mean no one is cares about your needs when you come at this location. One time I was making a transaction at the Drive Thru, they gave someone else my credit cards, driver license and my cash. I could not believe it. I was late at work for about 2 hours because I had to wait more than 1 hr to get my cards and my money back bc they couldn’t find out who they gave them, I guess they had to call everyone who came to the drive thru. They gave me a stupid cold apology without an explanation. Since that day, I only do business with Credit Unions, they have my mortgage, card loans and more. Bank of America 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿✌🏿 I’ll use you when there’s no Credit Union banks on the area. “Disregard my typos and grammar errors.”

    Horrible Mortgage Division at the Kirkman, Conroy Branch. Save yourself the added STRESS, and Anxiety that they will cause you. They are not efficient, they are the SLOWEST people I have ever dealt with inside the walls of a financial institution. They are sloppy and slow to move your loan, they take vacations and leave your financing paperwork on their desk with no attention or answers. They should remove this office from this branch. Horrible business practices. I moved my loan to another lender after I closed on my condo and paid them. They gave me 3 different closing dates on my new house and then told me that I had to reapply. I closed with new financial institution in 7 days if I would have continued to work with Jennifer, I would have lost the home it took me two years to find. She dropped the ball and almost cost me my new home, don't use them.

    I have been banking with BOA for over 10 years, and this is by far the worst location I have ever been in. Joanne the teller needs a serious vacation. She was so rude, once I finally got to the counter. I waited for over 45 mins in line. They seem to be terribly understaffed. This seems to be a trend at this location. Every time I have to go in here I dread it. If it weren't necessary for work I would completely avoid this location. They need to seriously take a look at this management.

    I’m never happy with this bank. Today they delay me from sending a important check all i needed was a pin changed. I know you have to make appointments but i wish they took ppl that just needed something so simple done. Like i need to use my debit card daily.. The pin they send through mail i use it for the atm and the atm never asked to put a new pin. So I’m like okay maybe when i use the atm next time they will ask to reset a new pin but no, i couldn’t do it over the phone or at the bank the same day. Covid has really messed up a lot of things.

    The wait is forever! Obviously they don't care ppl need to wait 30-40 mins in line. I wanted to print out a simple statement and it took me 15 mins only to get the statement. The printer at the cashier doesn't work and another printer "doesn't want to cooperate". It seems very unprofessional.

    This particular Bank of America is always busy, to the point of being swamped... I don't blame the branch employees; Bank of America, like many companies, just expects the understaffed location to make due. Waiting at the drive-thru or waiting inside... It doesn't matter with how many patrons come here - you will be waiting a long while. I wish companies would be more practical about workforce allocation and staffing. Give up some outrageous executive pay and hire more people. I can only believe that the employees at this branch are just as frustrated as the patrons...!

    I really wanted 2 1/2 Stars. The biggest problem I have, especially during this time of Social Distancing, is how the Drive Thru's are closed. Is that not the ultimate in Social Distancing.They have had them opened on Wednesday, so I was able to stop when I got off work. The BOA website claims the Drive Thru is open all week, but the last few weeks it has been closed on Wed and Thurs. I have had to drive to the Dr Phillips Branch to deposit my Check. The drive thru has people wanting to use it, so it's NOT the lack of interest from their customers. They even a few months ago came out and told the car's in line they are closing it so come inside , instead of letting the people already in line go through and blocking off behind the last car.

    The one star is a gift.. this is a horrible place to go! There is never more than 2 tellers and never less than 30 people in line waiting. Doesn't matter drive thru or not! Horrible Horrible! The have enough lanes for 8 tellers but never more than one or two! Absolutely ridiculous. If you come here expect to wait a minimum of 30 to 40 mins in line!
