Steve and his team are great to work with! Every person we spoke with during the purchase of our home was very knowledgable, quick to respond, and ensured we had everything we needed. Gina was our Loan Processor and she did a fantastic job ensuring everything was completed quickly. One thing we really enjoyed while working with the Zin team was once you got to a new stage in the purchasing process, they send out a short video that explains what will happen in the next stage.
