Chris Parsons was very patient with me as he went over a handful of outcomes from refinancing with various possible appraisal values, so I knew exactly what monthly payment I was getting into and how much cash I'd receive out of the refinance. He also advised me on interest rates at different levels of LTV so I was aware of the pros and cons of different loan amounts. His response time was fantastic, especially over text message.
