My husband and I worked with Rod Harrington and he made our first home buying process phenomenal. He offered amazing service and was extremely transparent and communicative along the way. He was even willing to chat after hours on multiple occasions! The entire process was seamless and we were even cleared to close about 10 days early! Our realtor ended up being quite difficult to work with throughout the process but Rod was incredibly professional in helping us get the job done. If it says anything, we have not met Rod in-person but truly trust him and the advice he offered more than our realtor. Rod is truly an outstanding, honest guy and he WILL get the job done. Given the chance to buy another home, we know who we'll be calling first!

The lender experience via Scott Austin at BNC ended up being the easiest part of my entire home buying process. Scott had been on top of everything from Day 1 and was very approachable and very clear in his explanations at each step. Homebuying process can be overwhelming, especially for first timers like me and it's key that we have someone who can respond in timely manner for the many questions we might have. Also, I shopped around with at least 15 different lenders and ended with BNC as Scott provided me with the most competitive rate. I would highly recommend anyone looking for mortgage loans to connect with Scott at BNC.

Summer Marler was a phenomenal agent even when having to deal with a not so great underwriting team. She was always professional, answered calls immediately and kept us informed at all times. She may be a JR loan officer but she has been better than most Senior officers. She deserves a promotion and a pay raise. I can only hope that this happens especially in the labor market today. With so many options for people I could only imagine BNC would want to maintain such a great loan officer. She provided us the best and she deserves the best in her career. The wife and I sincerely thank you.

I searched several options for a lender: Rocket Mortgage, New America Funding, USbank, and BNC. Laura's efficient and friendly approach to our mortgage needs were far and above every other lender. She did a awesome job of helping us to lock in a mortgage rate before they moved higher. She tirelessly answered our questions. She worked well beyond a normal workday to keep us informed. I can say enough about her efforts to assure we hit all the deadlines we needed to meet. She help guide us through explaining what I needed to do to clarify to underwriters about my RMD distribution. To sum it all up, Laura did a fantastic job of guiding us through the process to a successful outcome. I will not hesitate to recommend her and BNC to friends who are looking to purchase a home.

Dan Reynoldson did a really great job with my refinance. He was accessible throughout the entire process. Got me a great rate that few could match and many couldn’t beat. The process was simple and went very smoothly. The online system worked really well for document upload. Nothing was cluttered. The notary came to my house for closing and was very efficient. I’d never heard of this bank until I submitted to get quotes. I’m glad I went with them (and glad I answered their call first). The part I liked the best was that humans actually answered the phone without a lengthy push-the-number phone tree when I call in for help. I received timely updates in my email about how things were progressing. I couldn’t have been happier with the initial process. My loan should have funded yesterday. Now I just wait for the bank to contact me to set up payment but I’ll bet I won’t have to wait long given the efficiency of the first part of the process. I’m now paying $500 less per month on my mortgage.

After doing an EXTENSIVE comparison process with over a half-dozen other lenders, BNC and Vic DeSantis were able to get me closed with an amazingly low rate. They were patient but still aggressive enough to really 'earn' my business. The process was easy and any issues or questions were answered immediately. Definitely would go through them again for any future refinances or home loans.

I can't imagine having a better loan experience than I had with Mike Coughlin and his team at BNC. Great experience working with BNC Lending Officer Jennifer Batterton. I found BNC info as the lowest rate for my case through nerdwallet website. Their fees are lower than most lenders and my lending officer kept frequent communications throughout the closing process to make the process stress free. I am very satisfied for choosing BNC and would consider working with them again.

Reading what other said of Mr. Rod Harrington, I would have to agree. He was prompt and transparent. Someone who double triple checks his work. As someone who also practices the same, I appreciate that quality in a person. During the process, I switched between investment property and vacation property as well as went with another lender looking at forestry land, because BNC does not offer loans for vacant land. Mr. Harrington was patient with me and was very helpful always.

Charles was great. However, there was some mix up at the end with the Loan Processor, Stacy, and confusing the closing date as being later than it was. All was resolved and we closed a few days later than the anticipated closing date.

When looking for a lender we were very set on going with someone local. However we were still shopping for rates. Something about even our first conversation with Lisa Watkins just made us feel unbelievably comfortable with going through BNC. We just knew immediately that even though it was not local to us in NH that is was right. We do not regret the decision for even a second. Between Lisa and Tammy they made everything go so smoothly. I never felt like just a number to them and they were extremely personable. I do also believe they gave us a great comparable rate. Not the lowest we had seen but the whole estimate process was extremely transparent and Lisa even took the time while on a family camping trip to call and explain every number to me. While another lender had a lower rate I could also tell off the bat that their closing costs were not all inclusive and there were “hidden fees”. I would recommend BNC to absolutely anyone who is looking for great service ESPECIALLY as a first time homebuyer who may not know much about the process. AMAZING experience. I truly cannot say how easy getting this loan completed was. Vic made it so smooth, and painless. Also, i shopped rates and Vic did everything in his power the get me the best rate possible. Out of 5 banks BNC gave me the best interest rate and APR, by a long shot. BNC Is just an outstanding lender. We secured an interest rate on a 30 year fixed mortgage far below three other quotes. Ryan was terrific to work with, and incredibly responsive throughout the escrow process. The level of communication and service we received from Ryan and Kandace the underwriter was truly impressive. BNC’s customer Portal is very well designed and made uploading documents a breeze. The Portal also let you know exactly where you are in the escrow process, and what steps are coming up. Ultimately, we closed escrow right on time with a phenomenal interest rate. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience.

The best rate I could find but also the best customer service I could imagine. They were able to turn around the final closing disclosure in less than a day after finding some opportunities to save some money.
