Hi, Just wanted to thank Jeremy and his team for all the help. I can’t express in words how much helpful he was during my sister’s house buying process. My sister was a first time home buyer and he helped her guided her and was patiently answering all the questions we had. For him his clients are important and we felt valuable during the entire process. He was definitely holding our hands until we closed her house. One thing I liked a lot about him was that he doesn’t wait until the last minute to get everything done. He is responsible, kind and friendly and honest who cares about people. Michelle was kind and nice and always available for anything we needed during lending process. She responds to emails right away.

Kevin Fisk is hands down, the most amazing mortgage wizard. My husband and I were pointed in Kevin's direction as we geared up to purchase our very first home and boy did we luck out. The process was stressful, inherently, but Kevin was every bit of the calm, cool, collected opposing force to all the craziness. He was an endless source of knowledge who happily answered questions, quelled concerns, and explained nuances in layman's terms. After we closed, I directed a co-worker to him as she was seeking to refinance and now she is singing his praises as well.

Right now, the housing market is insane. Houses close the day or the weekend they go on the market. What happens when you find your dream house but you weren't pre-approved at that level and you need to put an offer in in the next hour? What happens when lending tightens due to coronavirus and you need to resolve issues at 11 pm before the morning? What happens if you miss this house because your lender doesn't care and just wants your money? In all scenarios you lose. My fiance and I were looking for a house for months and every step of the way, Jeremy and his team were. Need a preapproval adjusted in the next hour at 5pm on a saturday? They were there. Lending world turned on it's head after you closed an offer? They were there. 1 am the day before close and the title company is working slow? They were there fighting on the front lines pushing this through. Thanks to Jeremy and his team, my fiance and I were able to start our life together. Thanks to Jeremy and his team, we closed during one of the most turbulent times in market history. Thanks to Jeremy and his team, when I leave work, I don't go to my parent's house or an apartment, I go home. This market is tough. You can go online and get a quote, but who is going to call you when things go south? Who is going to fight for you against all challenges? Who is going to make sure that no matter what it takes, you'll be able to go home? Because I know from experience that Jeremy and his team at Community Lending will. Five stars is honestly low-balling at this point. They broke the model for support and help. Should be 10 stars.

Where do I begin? Bill has been amazing through this whole process…answering any and all questions, no matter how big or small, he was always quick to answer any questions we may have! He was available through call, text, email whatever was convenient for US! He sent out an email telling us from the get go what he would need to submit our loan. He was very professional….but never made us feel like just “another borrower” we felt like life long friends. Bill & his team did amazing! The biggest getting us to closing in just 4 VERY short weeks! He went well above and beyond for us and I’d highly recommend him to any family, friend, or stranger! Bill, thank you for all your hard work and dedication into getting us into our new home.
