In 2015, I was an Active Duty Service Member buying my first home. Navigating the world of finances, mortgages, and military requirements/ restrictions/ benefits through the VA was a daunting and confusing experience. In stepped Steve Holland, absolutely nailing the experience from my perspective. What set him apart from others I dealt with was his ability to not only quickly put me at ease by accurately answering questions, but his eagerness to follow up and follow through at every step. There were so many instances in the process where he was calling me before I called him, a characteristic I consider his top quality. From beginning to end, he chaperoned, managed and advised as if I was his only client, and that is something ridiculously difficult to accomplish in any business.
