I highly recommend purchasing from Superior Pawn & Gun. The staff is very knowledgeably with their products and are sincere in answering any questions that you might have. Even the owner will roll up his sleeves and help. I did purchase, but the transaction felt and still feels like I acquired what I needed, balanced with what I wanted. No trying to up sell or trying to move you to something they want to sell. I contribute this to the knowledgeable staff and friendly an helpful atmosphere. I'll finally get to the fact that they have a great selection for you to choose from. I'm a customer for life.

By far the best gun shop in VA Beach! Huge selection of guns, tons of parts and aftermarket accessories, and great selection of optics. And the staff is awesome! Huge shout-out to the guy in charge! Works with customers, always makes very fair deals, and knows how to help hide the charges from your wife (ya know, if you need that sorta thing).

Another great day at Superior Pawn & Gun…today I was looking for some home protection. And with some expert advice I was able to purchase a great semi automatic shotgun and a very user friendly pistol. I purchased my very first firearm from Superior seven years ago and I am happy to be able to grow my collection with their wide variety of firearms.

1st time there, found them through gunbroker they had a gun I’ve been looking for for about 6 months (kel tec RDB 17 od green) was quick with purchase waited about 30-45 minutes for background and did some other shopping there picked up a few other items. Huge selection of ammo, huge selection of full size/pistol ar-15s and pistols/revolvers! Had a range there to. Ppl was nice and had great customer service

Along with its sister store, if you are buying firearms from any place in Virginia besides these stores, you're probably getting ripped off. These stores it's all five stars on the three most important elements of a gun shop: selection, service and price. I've shopped for firearms all over the country and I can say without reservation at this shop they are by far the friendliest and most easy-going gun shop dudes i've ever bought from. The selection of firearms both here and at their sister store is complete. The prices are truly unbelievable… I am very impressed, and I am not impressed easily. Great store with great selection, unfortunately the reason for their great selection when so many others are sold out is because they are charging 50% over MSRP on the vast majority of their firearms. Even in this crazy market, those prices are insane.

Again I went to browse and walked away with a new gun. Really a used one but new to me! The staff as always are friendly and know how to treat a customer. The gentleman that helped me with paperwork for transfer was super nice and professional. The selection here is great and I even bought some extra items while there. I have bought new and used from this place since I can remember and never one issue. Today I got a used Glock 19 that had 1 mag and no case but for the price, I couldn’t pass it up. Their Glock mags were the lowest I have seen and so was their ammo! If you want a new gun or are on a budget , they have used in great shape. Even with the rise in ammo and gun prices, you can’t beat Superior in my opinion. Thanks for the wonderful service!!!

Always a great experience shopping and browsing the inventory at Superior Pawn and Gun. The shooting range at the Lynnhaven location is a good fit for long rifles, shotguns as well as handguns alike. The staff is responding to your requests and offer suggestions on add on items you may need. Prices are competitive with online merchants. The store offers SALE ITEMS monthly and during major holidays. Check them out!

90% of my purchases are from this store. I've always had friendly, helpful service and RARELY do I go in looking for something and they don't have it. The range is also a nice perk and much more reasonable than Freedom.

Ok just now my wife and I went to buy IWI ts12 and a Beretta 92 cash. Well with the overwhelming amount of disrespect from all staff old and young and with being very patient (just to see how long) we knew we wasn't going to spend a penny. So basically, don't judge people on how they look because they lost out on about 3k between guns and ammo. Never go to Virginia beach Blvd or little creek. They are the same. However, lynnhaven Superior is wayyy better. Totally opposite . Super welcoming and they don't over charge and they have a used section that's just as great.

I love Superior! I've been going here with my dad since I was a kid. I've bought all but 2 of my firearms from Superior. I've only had 2 unpleasant interactions with staff members and those were years ago. The staff are typically nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They hold high safety standards for the range as well. I refer many of my friends to support this wonderful establishment!!!

I had a pretty good experience. They made a mistake on a purchase and did not answer 2 emails. But they called me back and made up for it with free ammo. This was a gunbroker transaction.

Many items out of stock at other gun shops tend to be of abundance here. Customer service actually have knowledge on firearms and are very outgoing.

Each time I have visited this gun store I have been pleasantly surprised. It is usually very crowded which shows they are doing something right. Their ammo is nicely priced. They have plenty of weapons of all kinds. I am very glad Mike is the armorer. He has done all my pistol works for years. I believe you will glad you stopped by.

Whenever I want to go to the range, I head over to Superior Pawn and Gun. I like the fact that it is easy to get to and it provides an area to shoot my weapon and not feel rushed. I definitely recommend this place.

SIL & grandson took us to the range for our 1st time, learning safety & skills. Counter guy ( sorry, didn't catch his name) was extremely informative, & friendly adding to calm my comfort. Outside air is blown in the range, so was freezing today. Overall great experience ☺️
