Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

This bank is a glorified ATM if you have a job. Poor Service, unacceptable hours. What type of bank closes at 4 pm everyday? Competing banks as well as other Bank of America branches have been operating at normal hours again for quite some time. The next closest Bank of America is 10 minutes away and this branch is non operational. Ridiculous.

    Response from the owner

The workers always seem friendly here. They do not have a drive thru option so there is that. I don't think any BOA locations have drive thru anymore. I always see people who seem to know the cashier's and they have a nice back and forth. Clean inside.

    Response from the owner

Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client, Greg. ^nicole

Loyal customer and stockholder here but this is the absolute worst Bank of America branch that I have been to. There’s a reason why they have two stars. From the manager Mr. Bryan Davis to the “Business” banker Tunesia Winn to the tellers. Attitude from all of them. They have no concept of taking care of the clients. My interaction with Tunesia consisted of her asking why I made the appointment when I entered the reason online when I made the appointment. If I can go through the trouble of preparing for the appointment so should you! She was completely unhelpful, condescending and appeared to lack any pride or sense of urgency in her work or with respect to helping me. When she questioned me she made me feel like I was doing something wrong and took a suspicious tone. Both tellers I interacted with on two different occasions were rude and obnoxious and don’t listen. Mr. Davis blew me off when I presented my concerns. Typical mentality of the area. No concept of service and complete distain for their customers. These people would never survive anywhere else. I will never return to this branch again. Completely disappointed. Any yes this is MY OPINION!

I truly wish stars went negative on this. How can I describe the service I have gotten. Let's see holding my money not giving me proper access rude staff. I can keep going on and on about the poor customer service and poor banking practices that this bank performs. These type of institutions are what is destroying the American economy and ruining the fabric of Anerican life. It's sad to see that the customer is put last to their greedy money grubbing ways. They will hold it until they can hammer you with overdraft fees.

One of the worst bank I have ever seen! My employer deposited a check in my account. It’s counter credit with in same bank but it’s insane to see that Bank split my check into two amounts and showing it will be deposited after 7 days. How come! Bank manager showed me a deposit disclosure which mention it’s happen when your bank account is new(with in 30 days) but my one open more thn 6 months. So there is no solution to resolve it!! #RIPBOFA

Despite the fact I have multiple accounts, they would not cash my check. I left drove to Fulton bank and they cashed the check happily!

I like this Bk of America Branch if they did a 360 they have done it very well there customer service and staff is impeccable. As a new customer for about a year now never felt unease with tellers or staff. I really do like them alot and would recommend others to go there also.

Long line. 2 tellers. Customers are not their priority. I would not use this place as my bank if they paid me to be a customer. Friday, after the 1st...poor staffing choices. Teller is friendly, and efficient.

You closed the drive thru... the manager said it’s because of technology. How does that make any sense? It’s inconvenient for people like myself who have babies. My 3 month old was fast asleep and then I had to take her out of the car to go inside. I don’t even bank with you guys. I have to pay my rent here. Then, the line is practically out of the door because you have TWO tellers working. If you’re going to close the drive thru every single window should have a teller at it. Think smarter.
