This is definitely a busy branch but it's understandable in the high traffic area that is this location. Staff is friendly and informative even in the face of rude, loud, and confused customers. People, remember, we are all human and we easily get frustrated when confused. Take the time to talk calmly and seek understanding rather than lash out at employees who are simply trying to help. Parking is great. Drive thru is quick as can be. And the interior looks nice!

First off they merged SunTrust and Truist without giving people the proper training. I have 7 charges of returned item fees that happened when they were merging and they can’t figure out how to remove them. I had 1 transaction that I didn’t authorize that resulted into this. They don’t know how to remove it because it was on the SunTrust side. The lady Nakia has yet to get back with me. The communication is HORRIBLE! I am a Nurse and work long shifts. I don’t have time to sit in the bank all day. They are incompetent of their jobs. Such an inconvenience when I go there. Highly DONT RECOMMEND doing business. Btw it’s been 2 months and I haven’t heard anything. But they want to add annual fees. Yea, BYEEEE

So still waiting, two vehicles in front of me and 1 behind, but I’ve been in line 45 minutes with no way to leave. Called and asked what was going on, individual said some of the transactions are really large. Obviously, they don’t know how to tell a customer “this transaction needs to be done inside” or maybe their bankers at this location are sloth slow. Just Wow.

The inside was closed because there was not enough staff.

If I could’ve given this racist place 1-star, I would’ve! Went in to set up a new account & we never got serviced but all the white people were getting their problems situated. We understand the appointment basis, but people with NO appointments were getting service before we did. We sat for almost 1.5 hour total until we had enough.

Bad serive reflects their untrustworthiness. Walked in and was waiting in middle of nowhere withou help, even their employee walked by and ignored their customer.

Truist is horrible. Hold time at 800 no is often 30 /60 min . Even then service ducky’s

Worst branch that I’ve ever dealt with. The African American older lady that is usually behind the desk had some sort of attitude. She rushed me the entire time and dealt with others the same. You’d see how she rolled her eyes after every customer. I ended up waiting for 2 weeks for a card she said had been sent out. She never updated any of my information. I’m now forced to wait another week to receive the card because they were not able to get it expedited. So unprofessional!!!!

Twice I have gone in for help. Once was back in February to obtain some paperwork for the mortgage I was obtaining, the other time was October 19th, to order some checks. Each time one of the bankers, Harvey Cyrus Jr. helped me. He is incredibly helpful, has a fantastic personality and quite frankly, I'd trust him with my banking any day! Thank you Harvey for such wonderful service.
