She would answer me at any time of the day and made sure that I was comfortable with any and all decisions that I had to make. She was wonderful at explaining things in terms I would understand considering this was my first time buying a home. I truly felt she treated me as a person and not another case that she had which is an amazing feeling. Sharon is awesome.
