Citizens Bank Kidder St, Wilkes Barre

Compared to my last bank luzerne, citizen has been a pleasure. Always a smile when I walk in, recently lobby was closed waited for a while at drive thru. They apologized. Short staff due to Covid. Well I can understand Overall a nice place to bank so far. No complaints except for my 8 foot 6 van the drive thru is a little thin but hey I can live with that

I witness teller do a withdrawal without id or a bank card for a white man. We gave her a passport card. She did not give us the money. When we come back another teller was helping us she whispered something and come over to help us. We’re going to go bank somewhere else. Black people work hard too and make honest money. 😡😡(her teller number is E903224

I go to this bank once a week. The only woman in this facility that deserves a review of 5 stars is a blonde teller with an accent. There are two others, a man and a woman. They are the most arrogant, self centered people I have ever encountered and really should not work with the public. I have never had an encounter with the woman where she hasn’t given me an eye roll or made me feel less than her. At first, I thought she might be having a bad day but now it seems as if she just has bad years.

I was charged $7 dollars to cash there own check because I was a nonmember! First time this has ever happened to be when cashing a paycheck at the bank of origin.

By far the worst banking experience I've ever had in my lifeI walked in to get money put on an account so I can get around but no they will not transfer money to cash app so I'm left to walk up the interstate high way because I can't do what I eat with my money only they can wen two days with no food because can't transfer to cash app wow they worst my money will be getting moved if they leave me have it

I banked at Kidder st location for over 17 years and had 3 accounts and a home. I ran a bunch of money through their bank and they rewarded me with endless fees on top fees which added up to thousands of dollars over those years. Im getting ready to close my last account and refinance a loan through another bank. Should have done this years ago. Worst bank EVER! Customer service is in the trash.

Worst bank ever! (kidder street location) Tellers are extremely rude and do NOT know how to talk to customers! Called corporate and was told to go to Wyoming ave location. Completely different atmosphere!! They will now have my business :)

Lobby closed. Longest wait ever in drive up teller! Why does it take so long to do a transaction in the drive through? Why can’t the lobby be open?

I'm proud to say the kidder st location is getting a face lift...I'm the landscaper there..I'm sorry I can't help with the customer service.....however the building will look much nicer ....😆😆😆😆😆😃....
