The team at Benchmark was great to work with. The process was super easy uploading all of the docs you need to the online platform. I worked very closely with Lori and Nancy and they constantly provided updates and direction. Whenever I had an issue or a question they were always there to answer it. My home purchase wasn’t any ordinary home purchase either. We ran into some hiccups with the subdivision of land and getting a new title, but Benchmark was so supportive in the process and helping me get it over the finish line. What this company stands for and what they do for our military also makes them a company you just want to work with. Kudos to the team at Benchmark -McCabe. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

As a first time home buyer we were stressed an worried. Working against a time clock to lock in an interest rate. This team stopped at nothing to help us achieve our goal. The online process they use for inputting paperwork is seamless and so easy. They are always there with fast and friendly responses to any questions we had. Would recommend again and again whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet.

Even after I’m in my new home and settled I could not be happier about my decision to work with Benchmark- specifically Danielle. Terrible. Lisa Perta turned me down for a loan. She didn't care if i was homeless. I went to another Benchmark and got approved. It wasn't Benchmark, it was her. If you choose Benchmark, I would highly recommend that you don't deal with her.
