We were looking for a conventional mortgage on an investment property and we had tried local banks and we were either unhappy with the terms or the interest rates they were offering. Well, Jesse Getz is nothing short of amazing to work with! He is super responsive to any of our concerns/questions, even answered calls in the evening. He found us a lender very quickly with great term and a great interest rate and we pretty much were able to close in a month! Talk about efficient!
