When you're at the teller window, she's talking to both the other teller and manager. Apparently, rudeness and poor customer service are tolerated here.

We all know Cindy is amazing! She is what makes the branch so amazing because she is the most knowledgeable and sweet but the other girls are lovely too

Only bank I've ever seen not be able to cash a check that came from their bank, because I didn't have an account anymore.This has got to be a joke. It's this kind of stuff why I closed my account with them

The bank tellers their treat everyone with respect and like your family always there to help you couldn’t ask for a better service they all are very good at their jobs

I've been a member for over 20 years and you always get a friendly greeting with a smile. There are many perks like discounts for events to great rates on loans.

I couldn't even cash the check my dad gave me because I didn't have an account. She kindly suggested I used the check cashing place. The check cashing place laughed at me and said they've never cashed personal checks. Thank ufcw, For the advice. You reminded me why I closed my account. Not knowledgeable at all

This is the worst bank ever. They scan your license into the computer but then still insist on you giving it for every transaction. They have outdated service. I have two separate accounts and cannot transfer money online between the two. You can’t do anything online like other banks, take a picture of your check and deposit it online forget it - this is far too advanced for this bank! Drive through I swear try’s to make it the longest experience they can which is the opposite of what a drive through is supposed to be. I have never been through that drive through without at least a 10 minute transaction. They take your license but then ask you your address and name - like REALLY you have my license. Tried to cash a check from another UFCW member and they “HAD” to call the other member before cashing it - RIDICULOUS. They never got in touch with them and refused to cash it, I took it back and took a pic sent it to PSECU and it was deposited in my account almost immediately. Bank tellers are unhappy and not helpful and very slow!

This place has been a complete inconvenience. One star is too much! I’ve been waiting for my card to come in the mail for almost a month just to find out today that a card was never ordered. I was even told that it’s taking long because it’s being shipped from out of state . The whole time it was never ordered. Such a spiteful place to bank.

Horrible service! Thank God for the branches near by.
