Where should I begin? Well let's start with signing the lease agreement, it was a 34page lease agreement that should have been a red flag from the start for a 4900sqft old building with multiple roof leaks that even caused us to have mold in the walls. We started out paying about $3900 a month by year 3 our cam charges where so high we where paying $8200 just in rent! They threatened us with lawyers and eventually told us to move out because we didn't want to resign such an unreasonable price. The counter offered us $6200 per month. It was very difficult to turn a profit being squeezed by the land lord like that. Next they would come in to our shop when no one was there or given approval to be in there. Multiple time the property manager Steve would come in and we would see him on camera looking through our office. The also came in one day when no one was there and ripped our dust control barrier totaling in over $1000 in damages and citing "fire concerns ". We had fire department comeout and do inspection with no issues being there because we followed the code. They refused to pay or even acknowledge it. One day I get a email saying we don't have a right to park cars on or leased parking spots without license plates, well we had a small dealership and we signed a lease for this purpose. Anyway one week later we come to work and 5 of our cars where towed. Resulting in $1600 in towing fees. We get the cars back and what do you know few days later same thing they towed 4 more cars off our parkinglot that we lease for the dealership! Guys I have more to say and the horrible way these people treated not just us but other tenants as well and would love to expose their predatory tactics. Pont of it all if you want to be lied to, and squeezed for every penny, to have your property damaged and more by all means get involved with the "standard group" and re1313. Trust me if you do business with these people you will loose big.

If you enjoy being ripped off by a subpar landlord these folks are just what you signed up for. Not only did everyone's quarterly assessments jump over 400% in 2018 (not even counting the tax assessment, which would have added another 1,200%) but the services were routinely sub par, at best. Have a question? Let their socially akward rep, Steve, provide a one word reply via email: "No." Questions about billing for the assessment? Tough luck. New landlord, new rules. Our lease is finally ending and we couldn't be more grateful.

We signed a 3.3 year lease with these people and started off at $3900 more. By year 3 we were paying $8200 mo. For a 4900sqft building. Their cam rises faster than California wild fires. I paid for electricity yet they charged me for it, they charged $7000 yr for snow removal for 6 parking spaces. Steve the property manager came in many times without permission and damaged out equipment totaling in over 1000$. When confronted he sighted safety concerns with no basis. 2 weeks before our move out they decided to repave the parking lot around the whole building totaling of $59,000. The week we left this shop they finished with the asphalt and prorated us for 10 months as well as 47% of the building charging us over $23,000 for the repaving. A complete scam. If you like being lied to and stolen from than by all means rent with these people. I have much more experience I'd love to share here but it will take up few full pages.
