The experience I received from Team Peyton was so far above my expectations that it radically changed the house buying process. The lending process was not stressful. Their reputation was strong enough that it gave my realtor extra confidence and gave me an advantage in dealing with sellers. I found that Team Peyton took the time to pay attention to my questions and respond to me rather than focusing on the easiest question for them to answer. You'd think everyone would do that, but often enough people are so caught up in what they expect to hear that they do not take the time to listen.
