    My account has been closed with no explanation. The CHURCH ACCOUNT.... It's been going on for a week with NO ANSWERS!!!! Payments are stopped and behind and there's NO MONEY!!! It was suppose to be overnight mailed 4 days ago. I took 2 hours out of my day yesterday with ZERO EXPLANATION OR HELP! I was told the account would be reopened within 48 hours due to the mistake by the bank. I just called and was left on hold by "my banker" (withholding name FOR NOW) as she went to get the manager. I held for over 15 minutes. SHE NEVER CAME BACK! No account. No money. No reasons. I can't wait to be done with this. Not recommending to ANYONE!

    Long lines outdoors socially distant. Took 30 minutes before I was able to even enter the bank. Security says computer running slow and then says that it's because it's the beginning of the month. Pick one. My opinion is it's under staffed. With 3 branches of USBank closed for every one that's open, they should staff more people to accommodate. IMO

    U.S charges my business account an average of 200/month in fees... My personal acct . Zero..h.mmm Among many other things very disappointed...closing my accounts as well

    The vehicle loan through this bank went horribly. I was told that the small $ loan would process in one day (almost perfect credit) and i would have the funds the next day by 3pm. I didn't see the funds for over a week and the loan officer would not return my calls. 2 months later the DMV hasn't seen any paperwork from the bank and I can't get permanent plates. Horrible customer service and will not be doing business with this branch again.

    Dont get me wrong she helped me and got the issue resolved. I just got off the phone 9:56AM 04/03/20 and the banker told me over the phone “she did not know if she had time to help me” I did not respond to her on that but Im pretty offended. Im a customer service call center manager and let me tell you that is a big F in my book. Resolved the issue but overall unsatisfied with the rudeness.

    I have been banking at this branch for over 15 years. I cannot tell you how many times the teller, business bankers and even the manager have gone above and beyond to help. I can honestly say that if I need to get something accomplished inside of the branch I will drive across town to 5 Points because I know that they are always more than helpful. THANK YOU 5 Points Branch for being there for us during these trying times.

    Laneeta Sowell the branch manager acting as cashier refused to tender me a deposit to pay my guys because at the last second she noticed my licence was expired. I explained to her that there was a pandemic and I couldn't renew, but she had nothing but attitude to give. She knew the transaction was legitimate, she just wanted to screw me over with a power trip for fun, after I stood in line for 1 hour. I filed a complaint with corporate and am working on closing all accounts. Good job Laneeta you kept pay out of hardworking guys hands to feed tbeir families

    This bank was very helpful until fraudulent charges became an issue with my account. At that point, the number of phone calls and in-person meetings and frustration involved in accessing my money and keeping my money accessible, became a nightmare. I moved my business and personal accounts this week.

    Terrible experience. find another branch, only go here if you're desperate. Make sure you're well prepared, and you have personally counted your own cash because no one at this branch knows how to count. Suggest that they just use the machine to count because the tellers are incapable of doing so correctly. not just by a little off, I'm talking $700... which I then had to wait while the teller counted her entire drawer to find the $700 I directly handed her, along with the rest of deposit. seriously go somewhere else, not worth your time.

    This branch is always friendly and quick. Unlike the Monaco Blvd location, the longest I have ever waited was like 3 minutes. Really love the ladies at this location. The only reason I did not give it a 5 stars is because parking is a pain.
