With the ridiculous market, we had to act fast, and Craig was super responsive and always on top of his game with scheduling last-minute showing appointments (even while he was on vacation). Craig was professional and informative during the whole process and never pressured us into buying a place. Zachary Ransom was my realtor for a property I bought in Brighton. He misrepresented the condition of the flooring before I had purchased my home. The floors were water damaged, which was caused by pet urine. He claimed that the flooring was not installed correctly.
