Speedy Cash East 23rd St, Independence

I needed to cash in a money order I had purchased from another location I went almost every trying to figure who will take it. I came across this speedy cash in independence they were very helpful and understanding there was a problem with the automated system that wouldn’t let them verify it on the company’s automated system so she stole me a way I could go about getting my money back threw the company the money order was with so we ended up calling the main line and they told us there automated system is down and we could verify on the mainline so the speedy cash agent waited patiently to very the money order threw the mainline and they were able to cash my money order. Overall they have great customer service and they will try to work around any problems I would recommend others to try out this location in independence

Ive never reviewed anyone, any place or anything. This will more than likely be the first and last.. I owe this young lady the sentiment though. I was upset and in a horrible mood due to the reasons I needed the services of Speedy Cash. So I know my attitude was unpleasant. However I was greeted by the most wonderful young lady. Nicky not only made me feel completely comfortable. She somehow eased my situation by the time I was leaving. She was professional yet personable. She honestly did make the situation better by her attitude and precise service. Speedy Cash has earned my future business as long as Nicky is there. I used to own a business and I can tell you this, not very many employees care or are even concerned about the impression they make on customers. She definitely went above and beyond most in the customer service industry. I think its just her personality. I hope she sees this one day and smiles knowing how helpful she was for me. Out of 4 different places I've gone to get payroll checks cashed, (Walmart doesn't work for me) this place is fast and reasonable and has the lowest fees. They are also always nice. The kind of place you look forward to going to to see the people who are almost kid of like your friends.

Never have cash. Rude. Unprofessional. Don’t go here if you have dark skin. MONEY MONEY Tattoos ,kids, dress nice, or keep a smile on your face they won’t service you ANNA lied to my face sent me away & didn’t know I knew of the boss for this location and called her. Long story short I was able to go back inside and get the help I wanted and needed by another employee…. This isn’t the first time I’ve been sent away and discriminated against. It’s sad sick and disturbing. Jealously and misery is real at this location.

Surprisingly enough, the online process was relatively fast and painless so long as you have needed information on-hand. From the online application process/approval to picking up my loan at the nearest store location, also proved just as fast as well as professional courtesy of the Rep who assisted me in-store. She answered all my questions clearly and even took initiative in helping me become of a couple of optional or unmentioned 'benefits/perks'. All in all the process was efficient and satisfying.

Jay is the absolute best they have at speedy cash. He is always polite, courteous, and helpful when ever my daughter Lauren and I come in. If you can get his window you are sure to have a positive experience.
